They added hidden fees and charged me for gas even though I had returned the tank with more than I left it with. You expect to pay a premium with Hertz so that you don’t have to deal with chasing their customer service. It is truly useless to have a smooth pickup process if it means that you’ll have to track them down later because they charged you the price you paid ahead of time over in fees. I have no complaints. The staff at the desk was friendly enough, there were three cars left in the zone/class that I had booked, and I picked one. The car was clean enough and nice enough, although with 40K+ miles it felt a bit... used. Still, a good car (Nissan Kicks), and perhaps a tad bigger than the class I had booked (compact), so I'm pretty happy with the car and the process.Reviewed Dec 27 2021

While the experuence with the agent was very good, the Car is faulty. The gear transmission is very sluggish. Youve got to rev the car a lot to move ahead while in stationery condition. The one click dicky function to close the dicky does not work. The tyre pressure wasnt to standard standards and the car swerves at higher speeds while turning. This could lead to accidents in case of emergency braking! Absolutely unimpressed!! I am a Gold Customer of Hertz. Didnt expect that they would hand over such a car to me!Reviewed Dec 10 2021
