Pros: I lived that tolls were available with a small activated and that they offered unlimited miles. These are all very important to me when traveling!

Pros: The rental mini van which I had reserved a month prior was not ready at the time I had requested but Kiara fought and searched for another mini van at another location which I finally received 2 1/2 hrs after the pickup time. Her persistence was the only shining moment of this experience.
Cons: As I had mentioned before I reserved a mini van a month in advance and didn't get the van until 2 1/2 hrs after the fact. Kayak quoted me $315. Enterprise agents insulted me by taking 10% off whereas I had a similar experience with Avis in the past and gave me a full day free. When I checked out the mini van Enterprise changed it from 10% to 5%. When I returned the vehicle the total came out to $328. In the end I was just happy to get the vehicle I requested but all the empty promises put a damper on the whole experience.

Pros: Chris Carter was very helpful and great on handling issues worth customers.
Cons: The other employee was to by the book and could have lost a customer.

Borderline criminal bait and switch!
Pros: absolutely nothing - I was disgusted with the whole process and extremely disappointed with the Enterprise rep in Houston
Cons: I requested a rental car for IAH and HSV - both are airports, was booked to off airport sites, no car waiting at airport, no way to get to car, cars available at airport at over-inflated rates AND a pre-pay penalty yo boot. I suspect this was intentional way to screw the customer (was advised by agents at airport this happens a lot but they don't seem to do anything about it) and will make certain neither myself or anyone who works for my company uses Enterprise in the future, plus I will warn everyone i see about this deceptive and immoral business practice!!!! Disgusting - you should be ashamed!!!

A Delightful Experience
Pros: The service we received was excellent. The young lady that took care of us was upbeat, efficient, and very professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and spent all the time we needed to get to know the vehicle we were renting. Everything went very smoothly! We will definitely rent from Enterprise again!

Quick and hassle free
Pros: I was running late and the dropoff was hassle free. Covered area dropoff area with personnel directing me to exact dropoff area meant no guesswork. Shuttle picked me up within minutes and made my flight. Thank you Enterprise Houston. Sometimes the best experiences are ones where you don't see all the background of amazing people and processes behind the scenes.

Cons: One of the employees was a jerk We got into an argument over the vehicles available. Rather then resolve the issue, he decided to be a jerk about it.

Pros: Personal service at pickup was good, although I was told that I couldn't be retrieved from where I was and taken to the rental location. Earlier, I had been told that I could be picked up by a closet location, but when I called that office, they said that the woman that told me this was mistaken since they had no cars.
Cons: Don't make promises you can't keep. No paperwork given.

Pros: I made my reservation for an Enterprise rental and the information for the location of pick-up was “on airport”. However, when I got to the on airport Enterprise station, I learned that my location was actually across Houston. The on airport location was able to get me a car, but the price was much higher than I had reserved online (apparently because the location difference). My hope is to see more accurate pick up information as this and price are the two most important factors in a rental decision. Thanks for your understanding of this frustration and best wishes to you as you consider how this may be addressed for a better customer experience.

Pros: Easy drop off. Courteous reception at IAH; they accommodated my poor rental experience with a hefty discount that was much appreciated.

Super easy drop off
Pros: I don´t think I´ve ever had an easier drop off. Left the keys on the car seat, they scanned the VIN I assume and that was it. This was at IAH (Houston international airport).

Search Kayak first, then call for availability bef
Cons: This is the second time I've rented and there wasn't a car available. It was different rental car companies. The first time I was told there was no availability after I had been dropped off to pick up a car. The second time the rental car company called me on the way. I'm not finding that renting cars through a third-party is reliable
