Cons: This is the second time I've rented and there wasn't a car available. It was different rental car companies. The first time I was told there was no availability after I had been dropped off to pick up a car. The second time the rental car company called me on the way. I'm not finding that renting cars through a third-party is reliable

Super easy drop off
Pros: I don´t think I´ve ever had an easier drop off. Left the keys on the car seat, they scanned the VIN I assume and that was it. This was at IAH (Houston international airport).

Pros: Easy drop off. Courteous reception at IAH; they accommodated my poor rental experience with a hefty discount that was much appreciated.

Pros: I made my reservation for an Enterprise rental and the information for the location of pick-up was “on airport”. However, when I got to the on airport Enterprise station, I learned that my location was actually across Houston. The on airport location was able to get me a car, but the price was much higher than I had reserved online (apparently because the location difference). My hope is to see more accurate pick up information as this and price are the two most important factors in a rental decision.
