Pros: I liked the friendliness of the employees and making sure I received my rental in quick manner once I arrived. The employee who took my returned rental worked with me in regards to a dent that was on the vehicle that I didn't do. Price for the rental was excellent!
Cons: That the employee who gave me the rental on my check in Day didn't thoroughly check the rental for damages. Once I returned the car I would have been late for my flight had I not have came early because the other employee who rechecked for damages notice a dent that I did not do. The car also drove really rugged, it sounded like a lawn mower and the service light was on.

Pros: The staff at the drop-off location in Needham, MA dropped me off at the commuter rail station nearby after I returned the rental. I really appreciated this; they were quite nice and appreciated the fact that I had to get there quickly.
Cons: Kind of a hinky-looking little office and parking lot, not very inviting, but easy to find, just off a main street.
