Tay the manager at north south bend location was very nice and helpful! The only SNAFU was there qss a $300 deposit (!) That neither KAYAK nor enterprise rental explained before we arrived to pickup the vehicle. Which was more than the rental price itself for 2 days! Thats outrageous and shouod have been explained IN BOLD PRINT BEFORE BOOKING!!!! SHAME ON KAYAK & ENTERPRISE for this poor explanation. While not a big deal for some, it was for us and put us in a bind. But we had to have this rental car for an urgent family situation and it was not a pleasant morning when we experienced this. Otherwise the van was great and Tay was amazing (and actually answered the phones! Unlike the moshawaka location which if they answer, you get put on hold for 30+ mins!)Reviewed Aug 20 2026
