Cons: When I arrived at the airport, I waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle to the rental office where I was told that I had to take a shuttle back to the airport where I could pay to take a taxi to the rental office in town. I was very disappointed by the customer service in Kauai!

Cons: When I arrived at the airport, I had to wait 30 minutes for the bus to the rental office and when I arrived there, I was told that the car was at the office in Lihue and that I would need to returm back to the terminal and then take a taxi to the other office. This was a huge inconvenience and waste of my time!! This customer service is unacceptable as the advertisements state that they can pick you up!

Off-Airport Location was closed during my arrival/departure
Pros: I much prefer Enterprise due to previous experiences with other agencies. Enterprise remains my go-to even after this slightly negative exchange.
Cons: Took the airport-car agency shuttle, was told I was at the wrong location: I was at the airport location and my reservation was at the off-airport location. Had to return via shuttle and then pay for a taxi, fortunately about the same distance from the airport so it was relatively cheap. ($12) On car return, found out the off-airport location was actually supposedly closed during BOTH my pickup and return times. Had to return at the airport location and incurred a drop-off charge of $25. Dropoff person said it will probably be reversed if I called. Not sure how I got the car reserved in the first place, guessing someone needs to update their rental parameters.

Cons: We booked a luxury class vehicle 3 weeks prior to our arrival. When we arrived for our rental we were told they don't have luxury vehicles at that location. We were given a 2 door jeep instead. This did not work for us since we have a 1 year old with a car seat and 4 adult passengers, which is why we "reserved" a large vehicle. Nobody told us anything about this until after we paid and then shown our vehicle. This was completely unacceptable. A simple phone call prior to our arrival or at least tell us when we arrive at the rental agency, not after we paid.
