Pros:I booked for pickup/drop off at the San Diego airport, but got to the counter and found the reservation was for a pickup 18 miles away. The folks at the counter said this happens all the time with third party booking websites- and worse, they were 100% sold out of cars. So was almost every other rental company. I ended up spending an hour trying to find another car- and booked through Hertz, where the customer service was excellent. They gave me a huge discount, but it was 4x the price I had reserved with Enterprise.
Cons:I searched for San Diego Airport pickup, and got booked for a car a half an hour away from the airport. Terrible booking experience- I won’t use enterprise again.

Cons:Got to San Diego airport to get our car we pre rented. They said that the reservation was for down town. There was no easy way to get to the down town location. I only requested airport locations. You did not make that clear on the location. We had to pay $55 more than you quoted. Very Frustrated and disappointing. Not a good way to start a vacation. Howard
