Cons:Rented online a luxury car for 5 days, at 1,400 $. At the counter they charged me 3,800. When told them they "made a discount" down to 2,800.. The GPS was not working, tires were dangerously old, smell of cigarettes. When returning complained and the manager said they cannot do anything.I would not recommend or rent again from Avis. Pros:The staff at the airport was friendly and helpful and drop off was very easy. When they found out that my reservation was at a different location they were very helpful in fixing the situation!

Cons:The woman who checked in the car was not very friendly. Very short with me acting like I was bothering her. Other than that everything else was good.
