Cons:Customers device is absolutely terrible at this location as well. Was told there was nothing I could do in regards to my rental return. Then was told to call the place I rented it from.
Cons:We arrived at the airport return station to return the car, where we were told that we were at the wrong drop off place. We were told that we could leave the car there for $200 extra dollars. Agent was extremely abrupt and rude. We had to drive the car another 20 plus miles(To the Mexican border). I complained to the agent there and her response was "well, you had this address," to which my reply was "I am from Kansas how do I know where this is?" It ended up costing us another $40 to get a Uber to return us to the airport. Additionally, we left the car in a parking lot unchecked, as we were told to just return the key to the agent inside the airport. Thankfully we were early, or we might have missed our flight. Agent in LA should have caught this and changed our return location. I will never rent from Budget again...I don't care how cheap they are.

Cons:My pre-paid booking was lost and I had to re-book on the spot, pay again and seek a refund for the previous payment.
Pros:The rate. The first office counter experience. The car.
Cons:The car had an almost empty fuel tank. We reported this at the check-out counter and the representative seemed to enter this information into their system. I verbally confirmed that we need to bring the car with an almost empty fuel tank. Upon return, the tank had around 2 more gallons than at checkout. The receiving representatives were unfriendly and moreover they charged a $50+ fuel service fee without notifying me. Thankfully, I checked the receipt. I was told to go to the booth in the garage. The representative in the booth started with suggesting that I'm mistaken and the tank was most probably full. Thankfully again, I had taken the picture of the dashboard at the pick-up and showed it to them. I was planning to let go of the extra gasoline we had in the tank, but the bad attitude and unfriendly manner of the representatives so far made me upset and I demanded a reimbursement. Thankfully they were reasonable enough for refund and reimbursement. In short, a better check-out-in system and friendly and customer-oriented representatives can help a lot here.
Cons:Good to have a one-way rate
Pros:The staff was friendly. The car was comfortable and roomy.
Cons:The price seems a bit high for a one day rental ($115). I’ve rented cars for the week at almost the same amount of money.
Pros:The car was not ready when I got there. They gave me a un upgrade to a Camaro. When I dropped off the car (early) I was charged an extra 50 dollars.
Cons:We wanted a car but there were none left so we got a minivan. The vehicle smelled really bad, when you started up the car it was horrible.
