I prepaid but was forced to buy standard liability insurance despite me telling them I have my own insurance and declining it. The lady said it is mandatory in Texas. Came to know that was a lie. Also I booked with Visa credit card and it offers same,Reviewed May 6 2024

Incredible experience! Super fast and easy. I dreaded the pickup the first day, expecting a long line or getting the runaround, which can happen. Instead we were heading out of the airport in our rental within minutes.Reviewed Feb 12 2024

The check in process was not great. I had priority pick up, but know one was available to assist. Henry, was great, tried to assist and was very helpful and courteous. The manager, due to check in difficulties, told me he was going credit me the priority charge and give me a discount on the rental. I thought that was very nice of him. Attendant at rental desk REQUIRED me to purchase the liability insurance. I told her I did not want the insurance since I already have auto insurance. She did not allow me to decline the liability insurance and I had to pay $15 per day. This is FRAUD. Car still had trash from previous rental.Reviewed Sep 26 2023
