Nice small car
Pros: The compact I rented was a nice small car but very tiny and expensive for the size. Staff were nice to include the person at the gate. Thanks

Pros: Nope never again I will use kayak or enterprise. The service was bad and the cost of the car was not what they quoted us.
Cons: The pricing and the customer service was the worst. Avis car rental is better and you pay what you see on the reservation.

Deceptive Pricing But Great Customer Service
Pros: Great customer service. I was able to pick up and drop off the car in under five minutes, each time, and the Enterprise staff were friendly as well as fast.
Cons: The Kayak.quote was $150. Real price was $228.

Pros: The car worked and was clean. Actual drop off of the car was easy.
Cons: The entire pick-up and drop-off experience was terrible because they did not honor the quote ($207) that we were given when we made the reservation. When we got to San Antonio there they told us the cost, which was almost double our quote on reservation ($375) (and this did not include any extras). When we showed our reservation, they attempted to adjust the quote to match what we booked, but what he really did was change our entire booking (where we were dropping it off, the extra hours we needed on the last day etc). We did not realize this until a few days later. We then called enterprise to change the drop off location and add the extra hours and they said we would be charged $42 extra, but that was it. When we got to Austin to return the car they told us the cost was $313! This was insane. They saw our reservation and attempted to adjust the price (they were very helpful) but were unable to do so because it was "out of group". The Austin enterprise manager spent a long time on the phone with the San Antonio office but with no success. The San Antonio office agreed to call me back in 15 minutes. I never received a phone call. It was a disastrous experience.

Pros: Nothing never got the reservation.
Cons: Was never informed on needing a credit card to be able to rent the car. I called the rental place to Confirm and they did not really me until I drove There. I almost got strained in San Antonio.

Pros: The attendance are very very friendly and quickly. They explain about the car and the rental. Always solve the problems easily.
Cons: They don't accept debit car. The first car that I got, was dirty and smells bad. The tires of the the car were smuggling and the oil need be changed. But, they change the car quickly when I reclaimed!

Cons: I felt the cost was a little high but it's been a while since we have rented a car. There was a long wait when we picked up the car. It would have been nice if we were given some instructions on the carbwhen we picked it up. Trying to call and get an extra day was a nightmare.

Overall poor visit
Cons: Signed up for a Rav 4 Toyota size vehicle for our two person trip but Enterprise did not have one. (We wanted the Rav 4 since I am thinking about buying one with my next auto purchase.) They substituted a larger SUV, Kia Sorrento which was much too big for two people. The car was not ready and the salesperson said it would take 10 minutes to vacuum the car. I waited and when the car was given to me it was dirty. I asked about why the car wasn't washed, he said I could wait longer. We also disputed about the negociated price including insurance cost. I drove the car and then returned it for a (hopefully) full refund, and then drove my own car.

Cons: They didn't have the car I reserved and substituted it with a Van. I found that the rental was not at the airport and ended up charging me twice as much. It went from $42 to $89 per day.

Understaffed and inefficient
Cons: The San Antonio Airport Enterprise operation is a mess. First, you stand in line to present your driver's license and credit card. Then, you stand in another line to be escorted to your car. Finally, you wait in line to exit the lot where everything has to be re-examined. What a waste of time.

Quick, Easy, Painless, and great service
Pros: We rented a full size pick-up and were attended fast and was provided the option of choosing which truck we wanted. Check-out was also a breeze and the shuttle driver helped me with my luggage as well. Overall, great service!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the satellite radio is now $5.99 per day. Considering the basic Sirius radio service is only $12.95 per month, I think this should be a standard option, or at least substantially cheaper.

Read before you initial....
Pros: Picking up my rental car was easy.
Cons: When the representative asked if I wanted to accept the Damage Waiver I told him that I did not. However, he was quick to have me initial my rental agreement and did not offer me any explanation. When returning the rental I was charged approx. $40.00 more then what I booked my reservation through Kayak for. I was still charged for the Damage Waiver because unbeknownst to me I had initialed that I had accepted it. Are you that desperate to make money when renting your vehicles that you would be this deceitful! I will take my business elsewhere if I ever need to rent a vehicle again!

Pros: We ended up going to the airport one because we didn't realize that our reservation was with a city office. The guy behind the counter was EXTRA accommodating in helping us. And since they didn't have a compact car, we ended up getting an upgrade on top of it. Awesome service.

Cons: When I picked up the vehicle I told the salesman I didn't want an upgrade for an extra $11 when he first asked. He however was persistent and kept pushing me to go over and looked at the car. I told him No repeatedly and finally had to raise my voice to get him to stop.
