Don t go there! Fraud!
Pros: When returning the car they claimed caused a damage on the front. I told them that I saw this damage at the pick-up and told their colleague. The collegue wrote in spanish (I don t speak spanish) that it s only a scratch. At the return they told me I caused it and that I habe ti pay it. I recommend to go somewhere else. I believe i was set up. And ALWAYS take pictures of the previous damages.

Bait and Switch, with a bit of extortion thrown in
Cons: Obscene insurance rates, not shown a contract until after the credit card was charged, off-site office with very few workers and long lines, ignored the rate given, was told "take it or leave it" and there was no way to get back to the airport terminal. Horrible experience.

Good cars, but the checkout was loooong
Pros: The car was clean, comfortable. The drop-off was fast.
Cons: The check in process took way too long. One contract took at least half an hour. Also, the insurance added was very high so I ended up paying almost 1K for four days.

The car price tripled due to insurance requirement
Pros: The car was priced at a terrific rate when I did the reservation online. It was very small, but comfortable, clean and had good gas mileage.
Cons: According to the counter staff person, the Mexican government required insurance that was about $400.00 more, and I even used my own credit card insurance for collateral. Outrageous!
