They have too much hidden unnecessary charges. Like tolls beware! You can’t use your own EZ pass on their cars and even without using the bill you get is too much.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Telephones were not answered; kept calling and leaving messages during working hours. They explained later they were busy. One time a man answered and said I am with a customer, I will call back but never did This happened so many times that I was concerned about what kind of car I'd get or even if Id get a car. I cancelled through the 880 number and went to Enterprise. I paid more but got excellent serviceEnterprise Rent-A-Car

We were told 3 days before our trip that there was no vehicle in the size that we needed available. We appreciated their honesty. We received a call the next day that a van became available but someone had smoked in the van and they were trying to air it out for us. The day we picked up our rental, another van had become available, which we were glad to see. However, someone had also smoked in that van too. All the seats were covered in a layer of cigarette ash. We shared with the staff that the new car smelled like smoke and was dirty. They offered to wipe down the seats, but we knew that the smell would not just evaporate with wiping down the seats. We took the van to the car wash and had to pay to have it cleaned. Even the manager at the car wash was surprised because he knows we are not smokers and couldn't believe the smell. We were taking our parents, who are older and more sensitive, on this trip. We had to purchase air fresheners to try and cover up the smell. Our whole trip we had to drive with the heat on full blast (February trip) and the windows open. Our clothes, suitcases, even food tasted like smoke from being in that car. We usually have had great experiences with Enterprise but were super disappointed by this last one.10.0 Wonderful

I liked the location and the vehicle I rented was reasonable with gas.Cons:
The time the vehicle had to be picked up and dropped off could've been better for me. The hours of operation mattered because I had to pick up the vehicle in enough time to reach my destination and return on time.10.0 Wonderful

You couldn’t beat the price!!Cons:
The Checy Suburban I got had close to 40,000 miles on it usually when I Rent-A-Car it will have very very very little miles but this one had a rough 40,000. I don’t know if the truck was abused or if most Chevys run that way at 40,000 miles but for the price I paid I didn’t complain !Budget

Fast Service, I complained to the customer service they was excellent and understandable.Cons:
Car was not clean we got it after the other customer drop it off right away, Prices changed completely than kayak they add more and more fees and taxes.10.0 Wonderful
