Bait and switch. Booked a car from the airport since Kayak booked me on with a car company they said was on the airport but was a 15 minute drive away and I could find no shuttle. I get to the counter and they don't have any compacts and they charged me more for an SUV that they had ready.Reviewed May 25 2023

+ Fox provided a free upgrade with a relatively clean new car. + A decent check-in but an even better, no hassle check-out service. - Add-on costs were not revealed upfront, effectively doubling the rental price. - Difficult to reach from small air terminal.Reviewed Apr 28 2023

I didnt like the way they handle the toll roads. They have the license plate blocked out so you cant pay directly. Its 13 or 14 dollars a day or i understand they will charge you $15.00 each yoll plus the toll.Reviewed Apr 24 2023

Woman working the counter was very nice and that was the only positive. The car itself was extremely dirty, dented, missing a window panel, and whistled when driven on the highway. Felt very unsafe and there were no other cars available unless I wanted to pay more per day. I would’ve spent less money taking Ubers than I did renting the car after the added toll fees, pre-filled gas, and added insurance. Will not be renting again from Fox.Reviewed Apr 2 2023

Long wait to pick up vehicle. Fox representative very hard to hear. Car was only mostly clean and had fender that was scraped up from previous renter.Reviewed Mar 10 2023

Had no car available when we arrived. Was told to come back next day. Wouldn't pay for taxi or Uber. Called from 7am until 8am next day the number given by employee. Not once answered, would ring about 10 times then recored message would say no one was available and hang up. Ended up renting car from Budget with no issues. Will never make reservations with Fox again.Reviewed Feb 28 2023
