There was nothing positive about this experience. They couldn’t be bothered to pretend to have customer service. The worst car rental experience. We waited for an hour at the airport trying to pick up our previously booked car. The car was dirty. The people at the counter were rude and not pleasant. The clerk at the counter lied to Me saying there were no cars available when the lot was full. Then she rented me a car with an upgrade charge for the same size vehicle that I had already reserved and pre-paid for. She charge me an extra $47, there are no cars available unless I I get up charged for the same size vehicle!!! Terrible !! They changed the original booked price, my rental time was supposed end before midnight at a different location but that location was closed so they charged me an extra day. Overall a good experience. I recommend to all car rental companies STOP using Forever chemicals to clean the cars! I hate that my clothes smell from the chemical cleaners you use on the cars they are TOXIC! Just use VINEGAR it’s cheaper and safer.Reviewed Jul 11 2026
