Horrible - I was charged more than the guaranteed quote. When I reached out to Fix - they pointed the finger at Goldcar. Goldcar says it’s Fox. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. You shouldn’t offer Fox on your service - they are a poor reflection on Kayak.Reviewed Jun 30 2025

I was given the wrong address. Fox is also Europcar which is so confusing. It took an hour to find it. Then took about 45 minutes to check-in and get the car. I was told drop-off was the same place as pick-up. Yes but you have to call for someone to show up. Honestly such a hassle. Not worth it.Reviewed Jun 17 2025
