The check in process was SLOW. There was a long line, which was created mainly by a long check in pro chess which made the long line move very slowly. Check in took over 30 minutes, other rental car companies had practically no lines during my wait. Wish I went somewhere else.Reviewed Mar 31 2024

Kayak charged me and I had to pay to the rental company too. Save yourself some time, money and trouble and go directly with the rental company. Fox car rental 100% recommended. Do not use Kayak! I have no way of contacting them for a refund!Reviewed Dec 18 2023

Pros:Pick up was inconvenient as there had been a bomb scare the night before. This meant that I had to come back the next day to pick up the car, but they were unable to refund me a day of my rental due to a third party being involved in the booking.Cons:a newer car with more seating comfort optionsReviewed May 26 2021

Pros:Drop off fairly easy... except for the surprise bill at the end. Of course, customers are rushing to catch a plane, so there isn't time to debate with them on the almost $300 increase in cost.Cons:Double talk at pick-up, harassed about upgrades, long, painful check-in process, etc. - then charged for an upgrade even though I didn't ask for one. I had an online booking showing ~$600 rental cost. Fox doesn't show the airport fees, taxes, etc. The final bill at pick-up was almost $900. While the standard rental car companies appear to be slightly more expensive upfront, they are not dishonest, show transparency, and are speedy and efficient. I promise to never rent from Fox again.
