Your staff was awesome. The phone service to reach the desk/store is horrendous - the automated line just dumped me into a generic “sorry no one’s available” message after trying to call repeatedly for an hour…an automated queue call back would be way beneficial for your team.Reviewed Jul 12 2024

Attendants at the counter and at return were personable and helpful. Check in and access to the car was easy and without frustration. The car was clean and more than sufficient for our needs. The main pickup counter was closed and there was no signage to provide dirctions for pickup. I waited in the thrify/hertz line for 15 minutes only to be told that i needed to go outside the building to an unmarked flight of steps leading to the garage pickup area. While walking there i saw another person looking confused and i asked if they were looking for the hertz counter. They said yes and i told them what the helpful thrify agent said. They were grateful for my help since it wasnt forthcoming from anyone else. The value of the car was ok, not great.Reviewed Feb 25 2024

The initial agreement said I could drop off at a downtown location at 8 pm but I later found out that location closes at 6 pm and does not have after hrs drop off. Why would Hertz have a drop off location and time available for a place that won't accept it?! I had to change the return the car to a different location that will charge me $25 more to drop off there. I will certainly be calling Hertz to that money back.Reviewed Dec 21 2023

At the gate I was upgraded to a 4wd without being told the price difference of $200. Also the car windshield wipers barely worked, the inside of the windows were greasy and glared and the gas cover fell off.Reviewed Nov 29 2023
