Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful.Cons:Mechanical condition of vehicles was big problem. Went through 3 cars in a week. One (the 1st) had brake trouble, another (the 2nd) actually broke down on the freeway 20 min. after pick-up. Also, all offices closing at 6 PM is a big problem if you need to replace a broken car after that hour.Reviewed Apr 9 2021

Quick & Easy Drop OffPros:Very quick and easy drop off place. Then got a quick ride to the terminal.Cons:It was hard to find the drop off site by GPS so we had to rely on signs alone. Upon exiting, the road split and it didn't tell us which one to take so we had to ask for directions. Other than that, it was fine.Reviewed Jul 6 2017
