When I originally searched for a rental, I accidentally used a downtown location for my drop-off instead of the airport. I only noticed this error after I completed the purchase, but the agent said it wouldn't be a problem to change it later. I called Enterprise the next day to make sure it was OK to change the drop-off location and they said it would add over $300 to my one-day rental! Obviously, I declined, dropped it off downtown, and took a $15 Lyft ride to the airport. I was just picking up a car parked at the airport, so I had no time-crunch, but this could've really screwed someone's day up if they were trying to catch a flight!Reviewed Mar 1 2025

Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful.Cons:Mechanical condition of vehicles was big problem. Went through 3 cars in a week. One (the 1st) had brake trouble, another (the 2nd) actually broke down on the freeway 20 min. after pick-up. Also, all offices closing at 6 PM is a big problem if you need to replace a broken car after that hour.Reviewed Apr 9 2021
