The clerk tried to upsell hard on a number of items after I said no. It was unpleasant and unwelcome after a long flight. The car smelled like someone had been smoking in it (a lot) and then they covered it up with fake new car smell. It was disgusting.Reviewed May 10 2023

I was told by Payless that they didn’t have any cars for me and that they were sold out. I have tried to communicate to kayak , Payless and Rentalcars.com i have yet to get any luck my reservation was never cancelled because no one wants to help and now my money isn’t refunded because no one wants to help. This is the worst experience i have felt with my whole life. It takes you .1 second to take the money and it’s now almost 2 weeks and I’m still fighting.Reviewed Apr 19 2023

I like the the pick up and the drop off it was quite smooth. I did not like your vehicle cleanliness. It smelled bad as if someone slept in it. It also had bad windshield wipers which I found to be dangerous in the heavy rain hard to see through.Reviewed Apr 12 2023

I liked the price and service. Car had couple of exterior marks. I took pictures prior to driving off thr lot. I wish there was a better system in place to acknowledge the car condition. Overall no worries.Reviewed Mar 20 2023

Car had over 55k miles, dented all over, smelled like cigarette smoke with burn marks in the rear seats. The car had no device connectivity for navigation which was frustrating and at times dangerous. The car did not support USB C so I had to purchase an additional cable just for basic audio connection and charging. Terrible experience overall and will not use this provider again.Reviewed Mar 17 2023
