Cons:
The car smelled like cigarette smoke and also had stains all over the front and back seats. Additionally, the car had hail damage when I received it. It was not noted by the office in New Jersey and subsequently, when I dropped the car off in Bethesda I was questioned about it. They eventually did not charge me which was good. However in the future, I would have appreciated a better car.Hertz

The outside of the truck was filthy. The windshield front & back had dead bugs caked on to it. We drove this to another state & it was very difficult to see until we stopped at a gas stop to literally scrub the junk off. When I picked it up I didn’t think it was anything was wrong because it was raining on & off so I thought it was pollen & would come off. The wipers were very insufficient & shows maintenance isn’t a normal routine. When I was packing the truck there was a bottle cap & hair tie in the back areas so cleaning isn’t a priority either. They seem to just shine and go.10.0 Wonderful

I rented a SUV for a couple of days. It was a great deal. The people there were very nice and helpful. The caress in great condition and clean. Would definitely use them again!Good to know
