Pros:
The staff was friendly and the process was seamless. Because we arrived early, we had a nice selection of cars from which to choose for our road trip adventure. Staff wore masks, and there was limited contact necessary for the transaction.Cons:
We had been told that the additional insurance policy we had purchased would not cover one of the vehicles available for rental, and it happened to be a vehicle we were interested in taking on our trip. The reason we were told that the policy wouldn't cover that vehicle is because it was considered a "luxury" vehicle. Upon our return to Enterprise, we were told by a different associate that this was not true and that all the vehicles would be covered under the additional insurance policy we had purchased. This of course, disheartened us, as we would have preferred this vehicle. It seems as if the staff is not fully clear on the insurance guidelines. Regardless, we still enjoyed the vehicle with which we ended up.10.0 Wonderful

Hertz did not honor my reservation. When I was on the way to the rental facility they called and said they didn’t have any cars available. When I got there they had no alternatives, offered no help, so I was stuck with no car. I will never rent from Hertz again and would discourage anyone from using them. Use Budget or Avis or Enterprise or anyone else.2.0 Poor

Nothing. I had a flight delay, and by the time I arrived at their office, they were closed...FOR THE WEEKEND. When I tried to call another Hertz in Dallas all I got was the same recording telling me to use the website. The Hertz helpline was also closed ALL WEEKEND. I emailed them today, but since I made the reservation through a third party, I'm sure I just donated $250.Cons:

I payed for a SUV car. Not only I waited for my car around an hour to arrive but only they did not have the suv available and I had to go with an economy car which obviously cost less.Avis

If I was informed of business hours prior to taking the vehicle. I missed my flight and had to purchase 5 new tickets for my family. I drove 30 mins one to return the car only to find out the location was closed for the day. I drove 30 mins back to drop the car off at the airport, which was really hard to do. After that I had to take the shuttle to the airport only to find out my flight had just finished boarding. There I had to purchase new tickets for my family.8.0 Very good

Service engine light was on when I got the car, then experienced a tire blowout in the middle of nowhere, after changing the tire in the 100 degree heat and driving 2 hours to the closest Avis to exchange car(getting a tow truck would have taken longer), they charged me for not filling up the tank.7.2 Good
