Pros: There was nothing to like. Kayak representatives failed to be helpful/resourceful in supporting me to resolve the issue of no rental available at Enterprise Rental, after the flight I booked on Kayak was delayed and therefore no car was available at the airport, when I arrived. The representatives had a "not our problem" response to my concerns regarding the debicle. I ended up spending triple the amount the rental to retrieve my sick mother and get her back to Dallas international to go back to Los Angeles. No Bueno Kayak.
Cons: Customer Service poor
No Car Available when I arrived
No networking between Kayak other Entity for Customer Satisfaction or troubleshooting issues.

Pros: Appointment set up was easy and pick up service was excellent. I was able to drop off the rental at my nearest Enterprise giving me additional flexibility. .

Pros: My experience with the staff was fantastic. I love the fact that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to the best of their abilities. Going the extra mile to assist us with the issue for which we encountered great service their rendered for my family and I. A staff afford me the used of his personal cellular phone.
Cons: I love the fact that all of the staff tried very hard to accommodate my family and I. We ended with Alamo which is the same company great service and different policy I respect all policy however when you have guest visiting from another country management should be empowered to except cash, if it is the only method of payment. The reservation that we had with Enterprise was not at the air port, when we arrived they were closed. we did not check our booking therefore we could only be accommodated for one night if we cancel are reservation. We had a long drive of two hours drive to Wichita Falls that night so we had to cancel just to get a car that night. which cost us in the end more than sixteen hundred dollars verses eight hundred and eleven dollars twenty four cents which was the cost of the reservation.

Pros: I got a rental in Dallas since it was cheaper to fly to DFW and drive the 3 hours to my boyfriend instead of flying to him. I originally had a small economy car (Kia or similar) but once I got there Erica asked if I would mind a free upgrade. I ended up with a Jeep, and she also waived my gas fee since I had to get a suv. The jeep was great and Erica was great, drop off was easy! Great experience I'll definitely be using Enterprise again!

Cons: If you don't have a major credit card then you can't rent a car. If you have a debit card you have to take 2 current bills under your name...Was floored by this. I thought that was a dumb restriction. When asked why they didn't mention it during the booking they said it's only in southern areas so they don't mention it.
Cons: I asked for a car at DFW airport, I reserved it and when I arrived they said the car was reserved at another location... don´t know how that happened, when did Kayak change my requirement? and I ended up paying double. Terrible!

Inventory was an issue
Pros: Prompt service when picking up car at DFW airport.
Cons: No car was available at the original location reserved, so I had to travel 20+ miles to another location to get my reservation.

Might as well have been a scam
Cons: Tried to confirm reservation and availability on the phone but no one would ever answer or return my call. Got all the way to the location and was informed there were no cars available to rent.

Its Extremely Poor
Pros: i did not like any thing
Cons: I reserved my car 2 weeks before and when I went to Hertz to pick up my reserved car,Hertz told me that its a third party reservation we cannot give you the car at the price it was reserved and they increased the price thrice. I really had to rush to another rentals at that moment.It was a terrible experience.I will never reserve any car from kayak.com.Even I had the conformation mail they did not give me car at the price that was on my reservation.
Cons: All of it.....when I got to avid to pick up the car reserved for me......they gave it away to a walk in.....them tey said come back in 30 minutes and they would have my car.....got back in 20 minutes and again they gave the car away to a walk in after they told me I would get the car I reserved.....then they told me I was out of luck they weren't going to do anything for me cause they closed at noon.....on top of that they STILL haven't refunded the $63 from the insurance. ....so no I won't take kayaks advice ever again....

Dallas Avis is THE BOMB awesome!!! from Cyndi in C
Pros: We got a brand new car that was INCREDIBLE!!! It had a rear-view camera on the bumper to show the back-up scene. I just kept wanting to back up just to witness that feature. The ride was smooth. The inside temperature was perfect for all weather situations since it was individualized for each passenger. We went through rainy and hot days with ease. The staff at AVIS was very supportive, AMAZING, and super-fun!
Cons: The car kept losing connection with our phone telling us that the USB didn't support our smart phone for the GPS. We got lost 3 times because of that.

Dirty, scratched ashamed to drive the car
Pros: The car drove nicely
Cons: It was dirty from the previous driver, dusty, greasy smudges on everything, stuff on the floor, dirty Windows, scratches all o et the car, I was embarrassed to pick up clients in the area. broken car charger. Nearly impossible to find an address to return vehicle, then when I finally got an address, my Gps didn't recognise the location. I went to the wrong place the first time. then the attendant told me to get on the green bud and pointed do o got on it but it took me to the wrong terminal. I nearly missed my plan. I shouldn't pay for bad service. 312.758.2584.
