Stay was ok Housekeeping was not good. Toilet flushes were not working.
The location was good for the event we were attending. The river view was nice. Overpriced for an old worn hotel. Shower head wasn't attached to the wall so when you tried to adjust its aim the whole pipe would move. The bathroom vent did not function and in fact the vent cover was falling off of the wall. There were dead fruit flies stuck to the shower walls. I couldn't tell if there was mold on the bathroom ceiling or if it was a bad paint job over the popcorn ceiling.
We liked that the hotel had activities within itself: pool, arcade etc. Liked that it was on the river and had a walking area near it. Staff were friendly. Not much honestly. However, it just an average hotel. Tolls on the way to the falls. Approx. 15 min drive or so.
Staff was great. Pools are nice. The beds and pillows very comfortable. There was a dog in the room above us that woke me early in the morning barking non stop most of the day. I left my neighborhood of obnoxious barking dogs and paid good money to relax and be on vacation only to hear an annoying dog bark. Unacceptable!!!
Not clean. Dirty rooms. Need to work on management
The view of the lake. Needed updates. The furniture was falling apart. Had to ask for chairs for the balcony. When my husband complained they said Radisson just bought and will be updating in November. I understand that and if that is the case it should not have cost the rate we were charged. The restaurant food was horrible. The staff even seemed disappointed. This was not what the internet showed when researching for a place to stay.
Overall a really hotel hotel with lots to do and all the modern conveniences. Loved the room and the atmosphere, we will definitely be back. A/C in room didn't work that well, we were a little hot sleeping.
Rooms were very nice, very close to the falls. Lobby bar had an awesome bartender who knew the area. Smoking everywhere, this kept us in our room and out of the hotel. Which was fine but would have liked to enjoy the hotel a little more.
Beautiful new hotel near Niagara Falls, clean and well equipped. Very nice manager who tried his best to make up for an obnoxious front desk. Real neat rooms, very helpful room service staff. i would fire the entire front desk. They were rude and obnoxious most of the time. They gave us a lousy attitude when we called up to get our 3 rooms together. We had some power issues in the room and the service staff was very kind and considerate. They got the technician to come in and fix it.. The night shift front desk was condescending and rude and cast a very bad impression on my friends who were visiting from abroad. The horrible experience continued on the day of the check out and we were ordered to leave sharp by 11am. I finally got the manager involved who was kind and understanding.. He apologized for the inconvenience caused to us and accommodated our wishes. He admitted that for the staff at front desk, it was a work in progress...! Enough said!!
nice location near the falls.. walking distance... love it was comfortable , I like the microwave and fridge... only one thing I didn't liked is I asked housekeeping for one extra towel and she left in the bathroom two hand towels for four adults.... no bath towels... I guess she misunderstood me..
The staff was very personable and pleasant. Great size room for 3 Adults. All in all our room was well kept up and kept clean. Great hot breakfasts. Quick check in and out. Very accommodating we needed a cot unexpectedly and it arrived by the time we did when bringing in our suitcases on arrival. The hallways and specifically by the elevators were not very clean. Water in the elevators and right out side of the elevators making it slippery, this was from others coming in from the pool area.
Clean & modern facilities. Polite staff. Only a 5-10 min walk from the falls. Dining area for breakfast was very small for the number of guests.

Within walking distance of everything. Friendly staff & newer facility. Had to have someone come and turn on the master unit to turn on the air conditioning and open the safe. They had problems with the key cards not working so I had to get it redone after being there for a day. Not a fan of the breakfast. Had a lot better at simular hotels.
Stayed for one night to see the falls. Perfect stopover point: clean, cheap, breakfast included , walking distance to the falls. Highly recommend.
The building looked very modern and was adequately clean. The location is walking distance from the falls. The walls were paper thin - we were able to hear our neighbor's TV through the wall, their baby crying in the wee hours of the morning, and another neighbor having sex. My fiance sneezed, and our neighbor said "bless you" (she's not a loud sneezer). Breakfast was disorganized and chaotic. Nothing was placed in a logical order, there were so few seats and tables that people were sitting at the public computers in the lobby. The food was mediocre (pancakes, eggs, sausages, pastries, coffee), and we were given styrofoam plates and cups, and plastic utensils.
Staff was friendly, rooms are nice and clean. The wifi is terrible. Apparently they have network issue since the front desk computers were giving them trouble.
Very nice, new and clean and convenient to the Niagara Falls attractions. The front desk was a great source of information for things to do in the area. `The breakfast needs some help. Understaffed and not enough seats.
At first glance, Adam's Mark has a pretty entrance complete with a fountain and colorfully lit interior. Parking, while not included, is $10 per night. It is located within walking distance to the metro Church street station. The actual hotel rooms are dimly lit and shows sign of age. The bathroom light flickered intermittently. Worst of all was being awoken at 2am by an antiquated PA system due to "unexplained technical difficulties". The night staff was unprepared to handle the situation as guests wandered aimlessly outside. The morning staff adamantly refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and only begrudgingly offered to waive the parking fee for the night. Not worth the cost and headache.
We wanted to stay near the First Niagara Center. Great location. Breakfast buffet was unappetizing and understaffed.
Great location and friendly staff. Out-dated small room. Paid for two queen beds and our room had two full beds. No refrigerator in the room. Coffee maker was missing the filter/ground coffee holder compartment. Overall, I wouldnt stay there again nor would I recommend anyone.
The facilities were great and the sauna was nice. We could hear the folks returning from parties at night but it was just short bursts in the hallway.
The location is great. We went for an event at the Niagara arena. We could easily walk there. We were charged 10.00 to park our car...why that is a charge for guests is beyond me. The key card to the garage didn't work that was extremely annoying. The fan in the bathroom doesn't turn off so you had to listen to it run all night. We got very little sleep because of it. The hotel needs 5o be seriously updated ...it's way over priced

This property is in dire need of updating. It was at one time a showplace. Now, not at all. Very dated. Small rooms, bad coffee, worn carpet, no on site store, broken vending machine, malfunctioning heater in room, telephone message light that you couldn't turn off.
the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating as much as they could be. no refrigerator and no microwave in room which seems standard at even lesser hotels.
It was nice having a restaurant and bar right in the hotel, very convenient. There was a long line for check in, probably because there was a hockey game & 2 weddings that day but we appreciated the free parking & 15% off restaurant coupon they gave out due to the wait. There is no parking lot to park your car while you check in so it was a bit hectic checking in & bringing our bags in, but we were grateful for the complimentary parking which is normally $10/day

Was convenient to downtown amenities (canal side). Staff was rude, it was snowing heavily and asked for a shuttle ride to canal side and was told shuttle driver is on break you can call a cab. Room was 90+ degrees when we entered, had to open window to cool it down.

My Girlfriend and I were so upset with the price and quality of the room ...Celebrating our one year Anniversary. .we opened the drapes on the window only to find a Brick wall for the view.at the price of 180.00 you think they would of included something else in the deal ??.breakfast maybe.and to add insult to injury they put us in a Handicap room ..everything was scaled down ...never again will I stay there again.thanks for the Anniversary memories All of the above
Convenience to the Falls. Staff was accommodating. Air conditioner went out, said it was fixed but it was still to hot. Had to call for maintenance for shower no hot hot water and water pressure. Had to gather all our things and move to another room which was an inconvenience. Will not stay there again.
Half sized pillows? The pillows are half the size of a standard pillow so if you sleep with two pillows stacked and roll over your head falls off. Everything else was great..
Room that was assigned to us was very close to the elevator, bedroom was nice and spacious, located at like a 5 min walk from the falls and also very close to the rainbow bridge (border to canada). Very close to surrounding restaurants as well. Last but not least the bar gets pretty packed at night downstairs so that is also a plus. Bedroom's minifridge had a musky smell to it, most likely due to the fact the when it was left off the water inside made a sort of a puddle at the bottom which got that stale water smell. The bed was harder then what we are used to on these kind of hotels, although since we are healthy (no back issues or anything of the sort) we were able to sleep, but on some movements rolling you can kind of feel the bed springs. The last day of our visit the hot water didn't work and the cold water was just too cold to take a bath with. Breakfast was not included for our stay (which is ok), but when we went downstairs to get the breakfast the food was less then appetizing for lack of better words. Door knob also had some issues getting it opened with the keycard which having it re-scanned at the front got it to open my door. All in all these issues I personally am able to live with because I was able to work around all of it but for other people it might be a dealbreaker.

Quick walk to the falls! Older hotel, could use a face lift, but served the purpose for a quick trip.
Proximity to Niagara Falls and restaurants. Hotel rooms and hallways are in need of renovations. We had a view of a brick wall which was from the hotel next door.

Blocks from the park, we were able to see the fireworks. Great walk...sucks we went in the winter when everything is frozen and closed. But still worth that beautiful view! First the lady at the front desk was RUDE! I didn't catch her name. She asked for mine as I handed her my ID, then she goes and demands the man next to her set up the room keys, but in her words she said "get these keys ready for, what ever this girls name is". Which was clearly me. I personally don't mind that people pronounce my name incorrectly, but I've never heard anyone say something like that. That was just extremely rude of her. Then when I asked about the parking (as the lot is a bit too small to fit a decent amount of cars), she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her with that question. The room and location are great, but if everyone is as this lady was, I'd rather not book again.
Suite is large. They have false advertising. Website shows pictures of views that are nothing like what I got. When making reservations I asked for the 20th floor or higher. The agent did not tell me that those were not available. I got 10th floor and that view was NOTHING like what their website shows as a 10th floor view. I was SO angry. If I had known that they didn't have anything available above 20th, I would have booked elsewhere.

We had an amazing time, very close to the Niagara Falls (walking distant), staff was great, bed was super comfortable, clean bathroom and room. Very satisfied with our stay. I would come back. The buffet breakfast at TGIF was overpriced, and it didn't taste too good or fresh.
Clean Friendly staff They didn't have the king room I booked and offered meal coupons to supplement value, in order to use you had to charge to room, not useful when I'm using strictly cash.
Unfortunately we only got to stay one night. The hotel was within walking distance to the Falls as well as many other attractions and resturants. The rooms were clean and spacious. Oh and those beds were heaven after a long day in the Park.

The hotel restaurants were fabulous. The kids enjoyed the rainforest cafe and arcade. The pool was just okay, doesn't seemed well maintained. We were not told by anyone not to go beyond the hotel and casino after night fall. The area beyond should not be visited at night by anyone. It is very dangerous. There are no rooms with niagra falls view as stated in their advertisement...and you cannot see them lit up at night. Disappointing!
Gentleman at check in and check out was very helpful and friendly. No closet or coat rack in room. Toilet is very low to the floor

The staff were very responsive and I appreciated their level of care for me and my family. The only thing I did not like was that the air conditioner broke in my room. We were moved immediately and placed in an equally nice room though.
we had a room with king bed..thought the king bed was rather small. the TV was dark, could not really watch anything. the room had an odor to it and they sent up the woman with a can of air freshener for us to use then we had to give her the spray back. i stubbed my toe on the door stop in the bathroom. not a good place to put it. also no fan in the bathroom to clear the steam. location was good for us. overall it was ok.
Indoor pool was great for the kids and I loved the balcony that over looks to be able to check on the children. The money we spent for the room would have been acceptable if their was a continental breakfast and an more efficient TV with remote.
My heat was not working in the room. Maintenance arrived within 15 minutes and advised me to move to another room because the blower was broken. He showed me three rooms and allowed me to choice the one I liked most. The front desk delivered my room key within 10 minutes. Beds are nice and soft. Wonderful place to stay, staff is great. Location is central to shopping and various restaurants from fast food to high end.
Last minute stay. Due to snowstorm couldn't get home ( only ten miles away). Friendly staff, very helpful. Rooms clean. Good value for price. Facility very dated. Flashback to early 90's. I assume if it was updated it would be a lot higher price.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport is great. Their pool area would be a nice place for a function. You could say the place has a dated feel back to a time of late 80's or early 90's, but it's still well maintained and in excellent condition. Personally I find this is adds some charm when compared to the cookie cutter style hotels and restaurants found in most places across the US.
My room had a recent mini upgrade (new bath tile). Bed was good. Overall facility is straight out of the 80's. Overall needs and upgrade, but caters to the Niagara Falls bound crowd, so probably fine for most. At $105/night I guess I can't complain.
Very close to airport plus a shuttle and long term parking. Restaurant as well as a separate bar and gril on site. Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy. Close to shopping and other restaurants. Overall great stay and I fly/travel very often. I arrived a little late in the evening and the bar and grill was still open. I went in for food and a drink. There was a very very loud, crude table of people sitting near the bar which I'm sure sent other patrons running for the door. They were beyond drunk and using language that was completely uncalled for and inappropriate for a family establishment. This went on for almost 2 hours. Shame on the bartender for not asking them to leave/ be considerate of others in the bar, not everyone wants to hear racially/ sexually charged language at a decibel level of 700.
The staff was friendly and the complimentary shuttle service was very accessible. Location to local shopping is excellent. The restaurant was way too expensive. Television channel selection was very limited. Free WiFi signal was erratic.

Rooms were clean, elevators were fast, located in a nice area, close to the night life of buffalo. Staff at front counter was very polite and helpful. Found someone's nasty dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, makes you wonder if it had been cleaned or overlooked. Valet staff hung up on me on the phone when I asked for my car to kindly be retrieved, I questioned if they had heard me, or if I lost connection, yet when I went to the atrium, I could see they had retrieved my car. Pool open inconvenient hours on the weekend. We left just after 9:00am on a Sunday morning, and the pool was not open yet.

The bed was soooo comfortable. Was in town for a concert and after walking back to the hotel it was so awesome to just be able to crash in that bed, turn the tv on and fall right to sleep. Lotta great bars in the area for food. Wanna watch the bills game go to Bada Bing. Good food, cute waitresses, 1 block away, get there early it gets crazy. Anchor bar is very close also, worth the trip. Pay $20 per night for self parking across the street.
everything except the annoying rattling in the walls we stayed in 2 rooms. Both had constant rattling inside the walls. Originally I thought is was small animal but found out later, on windy days, the wind finds its way in the side walls. The sound must be the wires. It was so bad we all bought earplugs for the 2nd (last) night. I informed the front desk when I checked out. They are well aware of the problem. I guess it's a common complaint but nothing they can do about it.
Staff were Amazing. Especially Corrine, Holly and Xiamora. Great service, provide awesome information and very welcoming. Valet parking is work the extra $10. Had an issue with housekeeping. But im sure it was just a one off and normally not an issue. Parking in the winter is tight
Something I dont usually see - Toothpaste! The restaurant in the hotel was great too. Since we were in Buffalo we ordered the Buffalo style wings - some of the best I have had! Lots of Pats fans from out of town - nice atmosphere after a road game. Bathroom was a little cramped and dated - bathtub could use to be replaced.
We were very impressed during our stay. Right from our check in with Jimmy at the front desk to our departure, we were treated very well and were very comfortable during our stay. The restaurant was excellent as well and it was a nice treat to see the streetcar drive by every few minutes as we were enjoying our breakfast. The pool was also nice. Terrific value. Thank you very much. I would suggest the addition of a color printer in the business area instead of just the black and white. I would also suggest having the pool area change room saunas repaired.
The lobby was good, the staff was friendly. The night we arrived there the fire alarms alarmed went off early hours, it was very disruptive and no staff came to state it was a false alarm you had to go to the lobby. Although they made up for breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was not very clean needed cleaning.

The location was great! Easy access to the falls and other attractions in Niagara. When you walk into the lobby you are hit with a mildew smell. The staff was friendly at check in. We paid our $10 parking fee (?!?!) then headed to our room. The elevators are just scary! When we got to our room (a king suite) the odor changed to feet. There are two doors to the suite, but only one worked. The room itself was was ok. A little rough around the edges, but acceptable. The water pressure in the shower had a lot to be desired. To say I pee harder than the shower is no exaggeration! The free wifi was spotty at best. The TV's were not working when we arrived. After returning from a long day of touring the area, Time Warner had shown up to fix the cable. Only to go down again a few hours later. We wanted to have a late night dinner and had decided to try Tony Roma. It was convenient and by all accounts sounded good. It was just after 10:00 PM and their website, Yelp, Trip Advisor and all the listings online say they were open until 11:00 PM. We were ignored by the first two employees that walked by the host station. However the third person (a waitress I assume) asked us if we were being helped. She then proceeded to tell us they closed at 10:00 and since they are a franchise, there hours are different than what is listed EVERYWHERE else. Not to mention it seemed a bit early for a restaurant to close in a tourist town on a summer weekend. Overall my assessment is, I could've got a nicer suite (by far) at The Borgata in Atlantic City for what I paid here and had all the amenities. At least I can cross this off my bucket list.

We had a beautiful room, very clean. The pool was warm & clean. Our window overlooked the falls and we got to watch the fire works and light show that was just over the falls. We had a great time.
The lobby was pretty. 1) About an hour after we checked in, the smoke alarms for the hotel went off and we had to leave. After waiting around for over an hour, the alarms still going off, we went back to the room, got some stuff and went to dinner. When we came back, the alarms were still going off. The staff gave very inconsistent information about this situation - everything from staying out of the building to going back to our room within 5 min of one another and an hour after the alarms started. 2) On day two of our stay, the power went off, which shut off the air conditioner on an extremely warm weekend. The air conditioners are extremely old wall units, so they didn't work well to start. 3) Our bathroom was filthy. The sink and toilet were dirty. The shower's ceiling was moldy. The whole hotel room (not just the bathroom) stunk of mildew and was faintly damp. Oh. And they knew we had 4 people checking in and they gave us 3 towels. 3 doesn't even make sense. They gave us 1 hand towel and zero wash cloths. 4) The pillows were lumpy. I've never encountered lumpy pillows like that, so I really didn't know that this level of lumpiness was possible. 5) Both beds were lumpy, but more importantly, were so saggy in the middle that it was impossible for two people to sleep in a bed without spooning all night. This may have been slightly more acceptable if the air conditioner worked adequately. I've stayed in motels that cost about 25/night that were cleaner, offered better beds, and much cleaner bathrooms than this room that cost over 300/night. I've stayed in less expensive rooms in even more touristy areas that were also better. I've stayed overseas in much less expensive rooms that were better. Honestly, this was the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced, and I'm considering disputing the charges with my credit card company. Not only did the hotel offer the least value for the money, the hotel CHARGED their GUESTS for parking and didn't even offer free coffee. Such a bogus excuse for a hotel.
Room, location, value, and especially the staff. Right down to the maintenance personnel. Very friendly and effective front desk. No complaints what so ever.

Location Service was terrible. First, they only had one treadmill in their small under equipped fitness center and that sole treadmill was OUT OF ORDER. Also, room service did not clean our room, although I talked to them and the front desk 3 times to do so without any luck
I was just looking for a one night stay close to the falls but if I would have known how wonderful Hillcrest was I would have stayed longer. Hillcrest is so inviting, both the staff and the house its self. It's off the main road but it's so close to everything. We will definitely visit again and stay longer! The hospitality was great!
The location is perfect, and so close to the falls. Breakfast was cooked by Jenny and was amazing!!! She gave great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. We loved it here and highly recommend this B&B.
I liked how seemingly clean my room was. I didn't appreciate that during the middle my check-in the front desk woman took a random phone call about "potential cancellation" . The call took awhile and she didn't even apologize for the wait. Plus she said my card would be "on file" IN CASE of incidentals...she didn't inform me that she was swiping my card for $75 !!!!! plus another charge for 15. When I called they said it will take at least 3 days to credit my account. I like transparency when I lodge.

The location was amazing, even though the weather wasn't great we were a short walk from a bunch of different restaurants and bars. When we first arrived housekeeping entered our room with out knocking and proceeded to have a conversation with us while we were in bed, it bothered me that they hadn't communicated that we had already checked in. They were wondering when we were checking out even though we had just checked in maybe 2 hours before.
We made reservations thru a trusted website and drove : hours to get there. The receptionist said she could not fiend out reservation. We shower her the confirming email and a printout of the rxomfirmation of our room with 2 queen birds and a out couch. .when we got there the reservation was not to be found and they didn't even have a room with the 2 beds available We ended up. Having to pay for a second room and waisted all of our time that we missed our event . It was a waisted trip and also very frustrating
Love the whole experience, the large bathtub, the evening reception and the omelet station at breakfast. It's a little pricey but that's about it. I love this place. Been here before, will be back again.
There were many services that I didn't take advantage of, but the room was clean, comfortable and had a great shower. The hotel was very close to the riverfront and it was a quick trip to the falls park. Door on the shower appeared to be mounted wrong. Not a big deal, but it let water onto the floor during every shower.
Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly. Half of the lights and outlets were not working. 15+ people in the adjacent room were very noisy (child's birthday party).
Recently remodeled hotel so everything was nice looking when we got there. I paid almost 200 dollars for one of the nicest suites they had. The drive there from the falls was terrible. The air stunk because there are a lot of factories in Buffalo st. I felt like I was driving through the worst part of the city to get there. Like driving through the ghetto and poor ppl side of town. So I told my wife hy wait till you see the room! Jaccuzi beautiful glass shower room was nice but very compact. I dealt with it. Open the big windows to get a view of the river that I paid for and they put me on the 3rd floor room 304 has huge heating and cooling units obstructing the view. And the exit that takes you to the hotel is closed and your Gps doesn't know it. So it keeps bringing you to a closed street to take you to the hotel lol it was ridiculous. Probably won't go there again if I go to niagra falls again. The resturant is expensive as hell lol I went to dennys 6 min Away and worried about my car safety.
Name might be misleading when you read "by Sheraton Niagara falls" its actually10 min drive to falls. the closer one is in Ontario not in NY. Its says paid parking, which was interpreted by two different receptionists that its need to be paid another $10 per day to be paid, and not included in booking, when shows same booking page which shows paid wiify they interpreted as already paid and no need to pay again. confusing as it sounds they waived parking fees and told me that next time I will have to pay if its says paid parking.
The location was great! It was nice to be far enough away from the tourism, but close enough to get to the falls in a few minutes. The staff was also great! This had to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I've ever stayed at. I know that everything can't always look like Mr. Clean spent a week cleaning each room, but this was terrible. The sheets and blankets were stained, dirt was everywhere, and the shower was full of hairs. When I stay at a hotel, I really expect to not have sanitary worries, but my girlfriend and I just couldn't get out of there fast enough, which is unfortunate, because the hotel has so much potential.
Service by the staff was phenomenal.

Billiard room and the staff . It was a little too pricey for the area.
Old world service including Happy Hour with a mixologist serving complimentary cocktails. Breakfast was well above expectations. The A/C was a little noisy in our room.
The hotel was a great value for the money. The staff was excellent and any request was handled swiftly and efficiently. The only problem was that the tub in the room was rather dingy and kind of stained with dirt. As the hotel is not new, I am sure that it was just a sign of age
room was fairly clean, breakfast was pretty good we were traveling in winter, probably a bad idea to stay in Buffalo, but we did. The staff had no knowledge of travel routes, the throughway was closed and there was not a single suggestion from any of the three staff members about how to head west to Ohio. No knowledge of what radio station or tv station to tune into. No, hey try this, try that, only input was use the computer and map out a route on mapquest.
It was so close to airport.
Girlfriend is picky with hotels and is usually not happy but liked this one. Housekeeping sprayed a perfume after cleaning and the smell gave me a headache and bothered my GFs asthma but the staff quickly used an air purifier that worked great.
The room was non-smoking, but we could smell the stench of cigarettes all over.
Location Very out dated, not clean, and the bed was a box spring with a thin cushion on top.
I went to Buffalo for an interview and stayed in this hotel for one night. It was a very comfortable stay. I bought a big king size room for a very good deal from Kayak. The best of the room was the view outside my window. I could see the airport which was all lit up at night. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Great and hospitable staff. Excellent service by Brian who made sure to provide me hot fresh coffee before I board the shuttle to the airport. I checked into my room and the hair dryer was full of somebody's hair. The closet door was defective. So I requested to change my room.
Microwave and fridge in room, king bed, pull out sofa, pool and fitness center hours Room/hallway smalled bad when we first checked in, we arrived at 5pm and were asked to sit and wait for a room to be ready for us (could have checked in at 3pm), forgot to restock our towels
Conveniently close to the Buffalo-Amherst airport. The room was in horrible condition; it's old with worn out furniture, terrible bathroom with threadworn towels, stained or soiled carpets, lumpy small bed pillows, and the bed smelled stale.
Pool and amenities were nice. Room was cleaned daily. A crib was provided for our young child. The bathtub didn't drain water fast enough. The tub would fill while one was showering. I didn't like thinking about what was clogging it and thus what I was standing in. I chose not to give our baby a bath but instead held him up in the shower.
1. The room was very spacious and looked renovated. 2. The hotel is quite close to the falls and rainbow bridge. 3. Bus stop is very closeby 1. The hallway carpets looked like they needed some cleaning. 2. It would take quite a while for hot water to run. 3. Some rooms face a helicopter ride. The take off and landing were very loud even with windows closed. Better noise insulation will certainly help.
Location was good The room I was in had some obvious water damage on the ceiling and the room had a mildew odor probably do to the mold and mildew in the ceiling and walls. The room had new carpet but I think that it was just covering up some water damage. Room 104 is where I stayed and the view looked into the utility roof. Just needs some minor updates.
Beds were acceptable. This room had 2 comfortable queen size beds, pillows with various firmness and clean, soft linens. Although the hotel is clearly under renovations the changes are being done at convenient hours and with little disturbance to the guests. Of corse that's based on the one Thursday night to Friday afternoon I spent there. A dated hotel for sure; the carpet and wall paper prove that. Gray on gray is a depressing color combination and is only made worse by poor lighting in the hallways and rooms. The room came with basically just the beds, no fridge in the room, a single bar of soap and no breakfast in the morning. I have come accustomed to even mediocre hotels offering a simple continental, but no luck here. None of those were advertised so to be fair I got what I asked for. Water pressure was awful. My 7th floor room barely had enough water pressure to engage the shower head. I'm glad this was the end of my business trip and I had the extra time to shower with such bad water pressure.
Its close to the falls and not outrageously expensive. Had an awesome vacation!
EXCELLENT HOTEL, CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY STAFF, FREE PARKING AND WIFI, NICE VIEW, THE NEAREST HOTEL TO THE NIAGARA FALLS VIEW, WE WILL GO BACK FOR SURE.
Its proximity to the state park and all the restaurant. Also the person checking us in was very sweet. She ended up upgrading us for free from a single king bed room to a 2 queen bed room with the canadian skyline view, at no extra cost. For the price we paid, i was hoping free breakfast should have been included, but it wasn't.

I liked the. That the rooms were nice and clran. House keeping was good! Construction hammeribg sawing drilling every. Morning every day of my stay. When i addressed the staff they werent that helpful. Due to there inconvenience i had to change rooms move and pack all my bbelongings. That was there overall solution? ??? No free night etc. Completely dissatisfied! !! After staying there for 2week and spent alot of noney to stay.
Pool, clean, close to falls, Dennys attached, parking free. Elevator was broken, no staff was around to help carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. I was told elevator would be fixed in a day or so. I was there the entire weekend and didn't see anyone working on the elevator. Front desk area seems to be extremely short staffed.

I had a last minute emergency and couldn't make my trip. The hotel policy was to not refund me any money and keep the entire amount.
Only stayed 1 night. For less than $80.00, very clean room, friendly staff, walking distance to casino and Denny's is part of hotel. Definitely a good deal for the money. And a better area than further up the road! Don't believe there was anything we didn't like.
Room had a musty smell
Jacuzzi tub in the room. Honeymoon suite was lovely. Really large room. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Any movement at all translated to an earthquake.

Beautiful and relaxing facility. Comfortable seating in rooms. Jaccuzzi is great but also stayed in a room without which was just a nice and more affordable. Large accomodating area for breakfast - regular plates/silver/napkins - not plastic.
