Pros: Car performance
Cons: Waited 20 minutes for car to be ready. Car dirty inside and out!! Worst Hertz service in 25 years

never got the car
Cons: pick up time was selected at 6pm, but they closed at 6pm (no indication on kayak this was the case). Arrived a few minutes before 6pm, but they were closed. had to rent another car from somewhere else last minute on a holiday weekend.. hertz wouldn't get us another car from a different location without charging extravagantly, so they said they would refund me, but still hasn't yet.

Cons: I always chose Hertz for rent a car and all times everything was okay, but after last time I'm so disappointed. Car which I got was broken. When I picked up the car everything was okay, and then when I started my trip during the night I heard terrible noises, I looked under the car and I saw broken piece of plastic. So together with my friend we found another Hertz location to change the car, and we waste our time. I usually doing a long trip so better is get a good car, not broken. Im really sad about this situation.

Cons: 1. Had to wait 2 hours because the car wasn't ready.
2. I was charged for having spouse as a second driver (found out on return of vehicle)
