Pros:Easy quick pick up and drop off.Cons:Everything else. Went through 3 different cars because of issues, that were issues hertz missed. When I called to try to get the new cars I was sent 30-40 minutes away and the correct cars were not available when I showed up. Both road side service and customer service would not call me back. This location then tried to say it was my fault because I called road side service and customer service general number (I was 10 hours away, and they were closed at the time) instead of calling them.Reviewed Jan 24 2021
