Excellent
Pros: A very smooth ride. I felt like we were riding on pillows. Was surprised how well the gas mileage was for such a big car. Plenty of space for coolers, luggage and etc.
Cons: Neither of the cigarette plugs worked for our cell phone chargers

Cons: Scheduled pickup for time when office is closed, couldn't pickup reservation and had to reschedule with another provider.
