SUV too small/front desk attendant was no help
Pros: Sorry but my experience was not good. I will not do business with Hertz again.
Cons: I reserved an SUV online and was given a Hyuandi Santa Fe. Got to the rental but the seat only went back a little. I'm 6'1 but couldn't fit in the front seat. I went back to tell the attendant and ask for another car or SUV but he was of no help. He didn't even look to see if there were anymore cars. The attendant seemed more interested in the book he was reading than trying to help me. I was willing to pay more money but after that encounter we just wanted to leave. It was incredibly frustrating especially after a long day of traveling. I ended having my coworker drive because I couldn't fit in the front seat. I don't mean to sound rude but this was by far the worst experience I've had renting a car and the customer service was poor.

Great car, horrible customer service experience.
Pros: Car was clean and drove well.
Cons: I paid for the car online with my debit card and was not told at any point that I would need a credit card for the deposit. This caused a real issue when I tried to pick up a car that was already paid for but they would not release until I came up with a credit card. Luckily I had one with me that wasn't yet activated and was able to activate it and use it, but had I not had that with me I would not have been able to take the car. This was also a real issue as I was dropped off at the airport, and if I hadn't had that card with me I would not have had a way to get home. I ask that someone please call me regarding this. Pros: Got full size vehicle as I requested. Pick up and drop off at airport was very easy. Enjoyed the unlimited mileage.

Pros: The economy, pick-up and return process
Cons: The interior was dirty, crumbs on seats front and back. Seats stained front and back.
