Pros: Everything! Great place to stay! New and clean!
Pros: I loved the fact the pool was very clean and the water was not to cold. By far the cleanest hotel and best breakfast I’ve had. Would stay with you guys again
Cons: What’s not to like everything and everyone was amazing
Pros: Front Desk staff very helpful.
Pros: Having laundry machines on site! The pool was great. Cookies in the afternoon.
Pros: Breakfast was great. No complaints at all!
Cons: Clean. Friendly staff
Pros: staff, coffee, beds, tv, air conditioning
Cons: Awakened at 1:30 AM by fire alarm. evidently set off by guests who were "smoking" in their room, A partial refund should have been presented at check out. It was not. A bottle of water was offered by the agent at the desk.
Pros: Attentive and friendly staff.
Pros: The breakfast and the swimmingpool was very nice. Clean rooms and comfy beds.
Cons: Difficult to check in. No personnel in sight. But the refrigerator and some outdoor "machinery" - maybe the aircondition for the public areas of the hotel was very noisy all through the night! A shame Hilton uses plastic glasses and cutlery and cardboard plates in all their hotels in the US. They want to look like they're eco-friendly, but nothing is recycled...
Pros: It's a beautifully redone hotel and The free buffet breakfast is one of the best that I've had.
Cons: Bathroom door is a weird slider that covers closet one way and bathroom the other way. There is no lock for the bathroom door. The maid didn't make up our room one of the days, and at first it was handled badly by management. Later, taken care of.
Pros: Quiet, clean quality
Cons: Only that the room, like all motel rooms, was very dry. I had to put a moist towel on the heater to add some much needed humidity to the room.

Pros: The owners Diane and Pete were wonderful, attentive and really really friendly! The room was stunning and the fireplace was pumping and ready for us when we returned at night to our room. The breakfast was lovely and made with great care. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend the Country Inn!
Pros: Lovely rooms and property outside
Cons: What’s not to like? Lovely property inside and out, and the warmest owners you’ll ever meet.
Pros: Hosts were extremely helpful! Really made us comfortable and special. They treated us better than family!
Cons: Noluhhage rack in room. Nowhere to put toiletries or makeup. Bathroom is large enough to accommodate a small makeup table
Pros: I loved the setting! Truly a country inn! Beautiful, comfortable, immaculate room! Delicious
Cons: I have nothing negative to say!
Pros: What a joyous stay.
Pros: Lovely property (has a lake) with indoor/outdoor seating for attached restaurant. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with nice amenities.
Cons: Off the beaten path ... which might be what you are looking for! But cell service drops in this area (so GPS on phone might not work).
Pros: This place is amazing - truly a hidden gem. The property is gorgeous (and peaceful); the rooms are huge, comfy and beautifully decorated (photos on their site are quite old); the food from the restaurant is wonderful and DIANE is a total treasure. Kind, warm, totally took care of me and customized everything (including making special vegan food for me) - I felt like I was staying with an old friend. She and her husband went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Pros: The setting is lovely! Diane, an owner, is so nice and wants to make sure you have a nice time and experience.
Cons: We could never figure out the television.
Pros: Location and ambience
Pros: The guest rooms and common living room were immaculate, decorated extremely attractively and very comfortable. The hosts, Diane and Peter, are the perfect people to own a bed and breakfast - they love getting people together, are professional and friendly, don't need to be the center of attention and are gracious and generous.

Pros: The area is so beautiful. There is a stream and small waterfall outside the room. It is so serene and peaceful
Cons: All rooms have private bathrooms but some are in the hallway. If that is important to you, request a room with a bathroom in the room.
Pros: Everything... beautiful and peaceful
Cons: It was perfect
Pros: Really enjoyed our time at CS Coach House. Beautiful setting. Great hosts, chill vibe. Perfect touches like wine on ice outside your door in the late afternoon! Firepit at night just off of our deck. Wake up in the morning and sit with your coffee on the deck as sun streams through the trees, listening to the birds and the waterfall. Awesome hiking at Mohonk nearby and terrific restaurants in small Hudson Valley towns. Pure bliss -- we'll be back!!
Pros: The room was beautiful and immaculate. The grounds were amazing. Craig was so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!
Pros: We liked how close it is too New York City but far enough to still get the upstate vibe. We also loved the small touches the owners included to make our stay comfy and cozy.
Cons: The two issues we had were there was no tv and the drain in the bathroom sink drains slows.
Pros: Absolutely lovely from start to finish! Gracious hosts, well-appointed room, and gorgeous property.
Pros: Beautiful property, with a waterfall outside the room! Best white noise for sleep. Very nicely appointed with nice amenities, soft towels, even more luxurious bedding.
Pros: Great location for exploring the Mohonk Preserve and surroundings. The property itself is a lovely setting, right on a picturesque creek. Craig was a great host and went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable on a super-hot weekend.
Pros: It was so beautiful! The falls running next to the room was peaceful. Craig and David where so nice! The surrounding towns we so cute and everyone was so nice. Such a beautiful area to visit. The house was cozy and quaint. Loved how the old wood was showing through the cottage.

Pros: Good location, room was clean and good size
Cons: No iron and ironing board in room, breakfast ok
Pros: I like that it was close to SUNY New Paltz, which was the reason for my stay there. Just minutes away.
Cons: There is no safe in the room so I had to carry my small valuables with me every day, annoying. The hotel is clean, but old (so it made me feel like it was dirty - hard to explain). I can use some serious updating to the carpeting, bathrooms, and furniture. Would prefer a noon check out rather than 11 a.m. check out. That extra hour can be VERY helpful most times.
Pros: Location. That it had a workout room. Clean and things worked.
Cons: Workout room was tiny.
Pros: Very good stop. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly personnel and great location
Pros: Cleanliness, great location, friendly staff
Cons: Musty smell in the room, carpet was probably pretty old. The sink clogged. The shower was not hot.

Pros: Proximity to what we wanted to see and do.
Pros: VERY clean and good value for money. Felt safe.
Cons: Breakfast was very poorly stocked, so we had to find food elsewhere.
Pros: Nice quiet room. Tv works great and fridge and microwave work well.
Cons: Tub a little slippery while showering. Had to hold onto bar to keep from falling. Had hard time swiping door key. Took 10 times to open.
Pros: Great location--was clean and completely adequate for my needs.
Cons: Lack of counter space in the bathroom.
Pros: Eggs were re heated from the other day, I could tell
Cons: Breakfast terrible
Pros: Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and more than sufficient breakfast. We were happy with the motel. A few minutes drive into lovely New Paltz with good restaurants.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Value for the money but not charming. Perfect for one night
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Little expensive for the weekend.
Pros: It was clean. There was sufficient room for two people.
Cons: For two hundred dollars a night, we had a bathroom door taped due to a deep gash in the wood, no body wash but two small bottles of shampoo and one bar of soap. The room was not that big, but it was clean. The breakfast offerings were paltry and minimal considering how much we paid to stay there. I would not recommend this hotel unless you were desperate. I felt management intentionally raised the rates since three schools were holding graduations that weekend. The air conditioner was bot terribly effective either.
Pros: the size of the room, the water temperature was hot. It had a refrigerator.
Cons: Breakfast was nonexistant and the coffee was awful. The pancake machine was broken. The coffee looked like it had instant coffee in it. The room was stuffy, the heat noisy
Pros: The gentleman behind the desk when we checked in was very accommodating. The room key didn't work so he upgraded us.
Cons: The "Continental Breakfast" was not much. Mini muffins, bagels yogurt and cereal

Cons: Let's be honest place is a dump. And not having an operational pool in July is pathetic.
Cons: Location. This is basically a motel along 299. Not in New Paltz. Next to a strip club and carwash. Highway noise all night.
Pros: Comfortable bed not too high to get into. Fridge & microwave worked well.
Cons: Had a few ants in the bathroom due to warm weather.
Pros: Not much, dumpy hotel
Cons: bathroom had a few dead bugs on the floor, free breakfast was coffee and donuts
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: I'm glad I just had to spend a night there. I'm allergic and I have asthma and I had to change my room because it had a strong smell of cigarette even though the front desk told me it was a non-smoking room. They placed me in another room and it had no smell when I got in. However, at 3:00 am I woke up coughing because (I suppose) another guest was smoking and the smoke got into my room from a vent beside the bed. I couldn't go back to sleep again and I had to drive for 4 hours in the morning feeling exhausted.
Cons: I felt unsafe, there was no locks on the windows, blood on the bathroom wall and a cabaret next door so as a woman staying alone it was very uncomfortable
Pros: The staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Surprisingly quiet.
Cons: Rate was expensive for this level of motel. Pool hadn’t been opened for the year, but was still listed as a feature on the site. Assume that you will not be eating breakfast here.
Cons: It had a pool but it wasn’t open. The room smelled musty
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Beds are too high. Very hard for a short person to get into the bed! Also shower head too high. Hard to reach to adjust it.
Pros: Clean beds comfy
Cons: Water smelled, toilet didn't flush and had to plunge it myself.
Pros: I was concerned because of the mixed reviews . I found my room was updated and clean. There was a mix up with the room but the staff quickly fixed the issue. I was happy with my stay.
Cons: Nothing, I was pleased with my stay. It would have been nice if the pool was open.
