Pros (+) I was not impressed with the hotel. The shower did not drain. The lobby toilet was completely clogged. There were breakfast dishes on the fourth floor many hours after breakfast.
Cons (-) I think that having clean facility would make the situation better.

Pros (+) It was a great value for the money. Nothing was outdated, everything was clean. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants around. Convenient to PNC Pavilion and UNCC.

Pros (+) I had to travel due to a death in the family. Hotel was clean and fine.
Cons (-) The only two issues were one key never worked and even though we were given a WiFi password, but there were no secure options. It was only unsecured. Due to the unexpected nature of why we had to travel I had to do a couple of things for work, but our computers require a secure connection to log on so I had to do my work at my family's home.
