Cons (-) First room was dirty-found a cell phone, dirty sock on the floor, and eaten sunflower seeds all over the stained pull out couch. Moved to second room -it had stained headboards, ANOTHER dirty sock and a pee stained mattress on the pull out couch, and the phone was dead.

Cons (-) WiFi is free, but doesn’t actually work for anything one k if the want to do. Speed was less than 1/4 mb / sec, so streaming and remote work were not really possible. Also, chromecast isn’t an option on any of the televisions (both because of WiFi and because TVs are older). Super small issue, still had a lovely stay, but with Covid we needed to spend more time in the room than one would normally ...

Pros (+) The staff was very nice, hotel was clean and modern. Love the layout of Hyatt Place for a business stay. Tenth floor lobby is cool and the rooftop restaurant is great.

Pros (+) The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly.
Cons (-) The only things that could be improved are cosmetics. Molding that is damaged or missing needs to be replaced, stains on sofa should be cleaned or recovered, clean the stairwell areas. Excellent in all other respects.
