The hotel was old and needs updating. The rooms were dark with poor lighting.

My sister stayed there so she could go to Levine Cancer Center. Hotel was convenient since travel is difficult for her. Your employee Jason was wonderful and so thoughtful. She said the bed was so comfortable, she will definitely stay again. Loved the Welcome Pam sign when entering the room. Thank you and all if your staff for making her stay so special and stress free♥️

Cons (-) Smelled like urine out side elevator on 2nd floor.

Pros (+) room was clean, the service is very responsive when requesting additional items. The fresh water in the lobby is well-received by my group as we were here for a running race and appreciate a place to get water other than the faucet of the hotel bathroom.
Cons (-) The bothroom/shower door is a little awkward, it won't stay on track, and doesn't really provide much privacy. That's it.

Pros (+) the location is the best. walking distance to uptown charlotte. staff are very nice and very friendly especially tracey and deb the manager. we enjoyed our stay here. the breakfast buffet is the best we ever had.

Pros (+) This is the best Fairfield of the 50 I've stayed at in 20 years. The rooms are suites, living area with chair and sofa, small kitchenette , 2 HDTVs with DIRECTV, superb bed. Great AC. Clean as a whistle bathroom with granite countertops. Nice front office staff. Indoor pool and exercise area. Well lit parking.
Cons (-) Scrambled eggs at breakfast a bit on the shetcky side . All other items good.
