Very good
Anonymous, Mar 2022 - Charlotte Marriott City Center
Everything was great, the only concern I have is the fact that we can hear everything in the hallways. It was the weekend before St.Patrick’s day and there were a lot of very loud drunk people. So unfortunately, it always felt like they were trying to open our room door, and you could hear every detail of every conversation.

Susan, Apr 2021 - Charlotte Marriott City Center
Pros (+) Room was comfortable. Glad to see the steps being taken to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.
Cons (-) It would be great to see more food choices open in the area but realize that the pandemic has decimated many restaurants and businesses in the area that were within walking distance from the hotel.

Mike, Apr 2019 - Charlotte Marriott City Center
Cons (-) Noisy! Super thin walls. On a noisy street that was busy all night. The morning there were young adults running round and yelling in the halls for hours in the morning, a baby crying could be heard next door due to the thin walls with no sound isolation, and to top it all off there was this annoying 5 second loop of elevator jazz playing over and over and over and over coming from somewhere all mo...

Pros (+) The room was great and comfortable. We stayed on the Stay Well floor and it was very relaxing. I enjoyed the lights being so versatile with the color and dimming options. The lights that came on at the foot of the bed when you got up were great so I didn't have to wake him up with lights when I got up in the morning. The location was great.
Cons (-) I didn't know the parking was $30 a day and the breakfast was a little frustrating. The restaurant downstairs told us 10 minutes to wait but kept insisting to go to the coffee shop for quicker service. I wanted an actual breakfast not coffee and a bagel but she told us at least 10 times that it would be quicker there. we ended up leaving and getting breakfast somewhere down the street because we f...

Pros (+) Great location for South Park Mall, area stores and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons (-) Rooms ultra modern with bare floors, give a cold, stark feel. Restaurant service needs improving.
