never again will i fly through Charlotte Airport especially via American Airlines. both were very unhelpful and we had to sleep in the airport overnight and the communication was very poor. we spent the entire day chasing gates for Standby's that never happened. in total, we spent 29 hours at the airport with no compensation for food for a delay that the airline created.

Cons (-) Electric outlet access near the bed was poor. Most people expect to be able to charge their phone on the nightstand. Age of some elements apparent, e.g bottom of bathroom door showing rust. These are minor. Overall very good stay.

Pros (+) The location was great, with an awesome view to boot. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons (-) I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel next to the highway when the occupants in the next room turned up their music and partied into the wee hours of the morning. The walls were thin enough to hear laughter, cursing, and singing... was very disappointed to not have a restful time.
