Lisa, Apr 2024 - Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Waverly
The sheets on the bed I slept in had not been changed, there was sand at the foot of the bed. It made me wonder what else was dirty inside the room.

The power went off and they didn’t provide any compensation for it.

Brandee, Mar 2022 - Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown
One guest had bed bugs, our room had stained couch and peeling wallpaper (king suite). The complementary water was "not available" and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Lobby smells like beer. Not what it was precovid and the staff hid in the back office when people went to the desk for assistance

Lori, Dec 2021 - Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Ayrsley
The site was beautiful & clean. Nice friendly staff. However, the reasons we chose to stay there, Weren’t offered! The indoor pool was closed and the complimentary breakfast didn’t exist at all. We could pay for the same breakfast! Very disappointing.

Staff was super nice, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay in charlotte! We were there for a wedding and it was in a convenient location. Traffic wasn't bad at all. Great place to stay if you are travelling to go to a panther game, baseball game, or basketball game.

Pros (+) Staff, location.
Cons (-) Breakfast isn’t included as advertised and it is terrible quality even been charged.

Pros (+) Hotel new and beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds and rooms very nice.
Cons (-) Barn door on bathroom squeaky and did not allow for sound proofing like a regular door would. Park of the wall for the phone wires fell off. Bathroom shower control drifted to hot while you showered so you had to hold it to avoid burning yourself.

Dana, Jun 2019 - Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/SouthPark
Pros (+) The location is awesome! Right by the South Park mall. A Starbucks across the street. And a Whole Foods a block away. Hotel was very clean. Great fitness center on 7th floor. Small but nice swimming pool with plenty of seating, shade, and free towels to use! Free coffee in the morning too!

Mike, Feb 2019 - Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport
Cons (-) Keep the bar and restaurant open later when there are customers waiting. Adjust your schedule to match unanticipated volume due to flight cancellations. Didn’t hurt me, but you missed an opportunity.
