Check-in was very quick and easy! The room was very clean with comfortable pillows. I was able to schedule the shuttle to the airport during check-in. However, we slept in a little longer but the shuttle was there waiting on us & the lady at the front desk made check-out very easy. The shuttle driver was very professional and courteous as well. Pros (+) This hotel really is at the heart of the city. It is very convenient to get around if you are traveling for business or just want to stay in Uptown. The staff is very kind and frequently gave me suggestions and helped me arrange transportation at the last minute to the airport. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice.
Cons (-) The pool area was not cleaned as often as it should have been. Towels and wrappers were left for a few days on the tables and chairs. Because of the pandemic situation, they are only serving a few breakfast items at the cafe that were pricey for what you got. Parking is also $28 a day for guests.

Pros (+) The location was perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, considerate, and professional.
Cons (-) The room smelled horribly of smoke. I really should have changed rooms. I let the front desk staff know and they did offer for me to change rooms and I declined. The next day when we were getting our items together to leave we noticed cigarette ashes on the side of the bed close to the wall. My daughter looked under the bed near the ashes and saw rose petals. Pros (+) Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle arrived to take us to the airport on time and was an easy experience.
Cons (-) The AC unit in our room felt that 72 was far too cold and preferred to keep the room about 80. It did cool the room off around 4 am. Not sure if the AC unit had been off all day, but the room was very warm on arrival and took most of the night to cool off.

Cons (-) The hotel was really dirty, the staff was awful, acted like you were an inconvenience to even be there, the carpet was filthy, no one at bar/dining area most of time even though supposed to be open, they ignored you when they did show up, there was construction. Pros (+) Room was extremely spacious. Fresh sheets and the clean up from day to day was great. Showers were warm with good pressure. cvdfgerty45656465565656 Facility was good for the price. Would recommend for business or a few days
Cons (-) Food was not good and extremely overpriced. Paid $20 for a piece of toast with avocado and a large coffee. The avocado spread was extremely salty and not enjoyable.
