For the record , our family consistently stays at Hyatt hotels worldwide. This was the single worst experience we have ever had at a Hyatt. The hotel was filthy and run down . Simply put : the hotel needs a complete renovation to meet Hyatt standards. In addition to a run down room , there was a PA / speaker blaring music outside of our accommodation.

Third party booker did not confirm reservations and when we got to the hotel no room! No nothing! Never use a 3rd party booker! I even called the hotel days before to confirm we had a room! That plan did not work either! Always go direct to hotel! The 3rd party booker has my $600.00 and I was in a town looking for a hotel! Found a subpar hotel after 3 hours for a lot of $$. Pros (+) The dead body infront of my room overshadowed our entire trip. My wife and I were traumatized from that.
Cons (-) A person fell from the 6th floor into the main lobby. The person died and the body wis right infront of our hotel room for 5-6 hours. They didnt switch out room or give us any kind of comps for this. !!A dead body in front of our room!!

Pros (+) The room was large and overlooked both the pool and the outdoor bar, yet was not at all noisy. Hot tub area was great.
Cons (-) Bed was too soft and the room cleaning schedule is bananas. Had to turn away the 8:30am cleaning crew on a Saturday(!). On Sunday we left the hotel by 8am, yet by 2pm the room still hadn’t been cleaned. This meant no cleanup at all during my 3 night stay.

Pros (+) I love how the living room can be separated by a door . This is one of the reason we have stayed here. I also loved the staff. Very friendly.... and helpful. the one hour of free drinks , cheese , and crackers was a plus too
Cons (-) I didn’t like the parking .. hotel doesn’t offer parking to guests . They do however offer valet which cost $25 a day. I was a little disappointed by the pool. The pool was dirty this visit. Also , our toilet in our room seemed to be plugged. Bathtub seemed to be a little dirty.

Cons (-) how old the furniture looked. hotel needs to be renovated! the check in reception desk employees were not as professional as i expected from a Hyatt.
