Indianapolis Hotels near Monument Circle

I loved the location of the hotel and the connection to the skywalk. The room was tastefully updated and I loved the bathroom mirror with the soft white light surrounding the mirror frame.

The walls were way too thin. I could hear everything, and I mean everything, going on in the next room (even with the TV turned on). There was also a sewer odor in the hallway, and smelled the strongest near the elevators.

Staff was very helpful with anything we needed and all had good positive attitudes. Rooms were very clean and nice.

The location is excellent. You can walk to anything in downtown Indianapolis.

You need to double and triple check your room reservation, and especially bring your Priceline itinerary to prove what you booked and have already paid for. The hotel tried twice to give us a different and lesser level/type of room.

The people at the desk were very helpful and friendly.

The walls were way too thin, we could hear everything in the hall and our neighbors opening their door all night. People were vacuuming at 7am and I couldn't get sleep at all. Showers were cold and the toilet is just about under the sink.

The lobby is well-decorated and attractive. Bathrooms are spacious (for a hotel) and the rest of the guest room has enough space to be comfortable for catching up on work missed while on the road.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking.

They could not accomodate a king bed request (even with me checking in as early as possible). The pool area left a little to be desired, but we didn't go in.

The restaurant downstairs was amazing! Good bloody marys on Sunday.

The elevators were too loud when saying going up or down you could hear them in our and woke my husband up early in the morning

It was nicer than what other reviewers mentioned. The staff was kind, the hotel was clean and my room was spacious.

Location. The free breakfast Was outstanding and the nightly reception was a great way to start a night out.

The view was BAD and the room was hot we were told to open a window

Expensive parking

Parking is expensive, $20 for the night was the cheapest around. If you want to come and go, then the $34 for valet would be the way to go.

This hotel was very beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near lots of restaurants and bars! It was also connected to a mall by way of a tunnel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and they suggested a lot of good places to visit.

I did not like the unexpected additional charges that started to pend in my account each night that I stayed at the hotel. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days to return the charges.

Location location location! This Hotel was close to everything we needed. Very close to the pacers stadium and close to all resturants.

Staff was rude while checking in. She challenged my ID and spoke loudly accusing me of not being of age to get a hotel room. Other than her everyone else was super helpful

The building was a cool historic property.

The valet parking was $30/night & they parked my car outside, so when I got it back it was covered in snow and ice. I would expect more from valet - especially since there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Save a couple bucks and park yourself.

Yes, the staff's treatment of the guest, the noise level, paper thin walls and the management.

The hotel was convenient to get to and close to many attractions (museums, canal walk, downtown restaurants, etc). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. The hotel had free happy hour drinks, food, and a very nice breakfast.
