The first car we were given was dirty - animal hair in the vehicle and the gear shift appeared to be chewed up. The second car we got was below average.2.0 Poor

The car was in great condition and the whole process was so easy. They even gave us a ride to another location in Auburn after we dropped off the car so we weren’t stranded.10.0 Wonderful

Zach was wonderful in taking care of us. Unfortunate that 4 of his workers were picking up or dropping of people, but because we had to wait, he made sure we got an upgrade at no extra cost. So grateful for the larger vehicle.Cons:
It was a bit disconcerting to realize the insurance I bought was third party, and we had to do the vehicle inspection for no insurance. Fortunately there were no incidents requiring the use of the insurance.Budget

I reserved a car for my trip to Seattle. The system actually reserved a car in Kent!!! So I got there and I was told that I had to take a cab to Kent ( aim not from the Seattle are and I have no clue as to where Kent is. However it would defeat the purpose of renting a car. And the clerk told me that there were no cars available, I was not offered the help or anybody called the Kent location to see if they could take the car to SEATAC-No help at all from the Budget SEATAC location!!. So I got on Kayak and reserved a vehicle at the same location I was just told there were no cars available.!! I rent from Budget several times a year btw.8.8 Very good

I didn't know that I had to return it exactly at the time I picked it up. I was told it was to the minute. That added a bit a stress. When I booked it I didn't know exactly when I would be picking it up so I estimated and I got there early and had to sit and wait until that time or extra fees would have been applied. I think there should be some flexibility.Avis

The 2 guys there were friendly and more than helpful. The car they gave us - a Ford Fusion Hybrid - was new and great on gas. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a car in Kent, WA!2.0 Poor

Will NEVER use them again! Went down the road paid twice as much but the service at Enterprise was much better..had the worst experience at Avis...they need to learn how to communicate...7.6 Good

They did not have a cat available for my reservation. You're good a taking the reservations but not actually reserving - which is the most important part of the reservation process.Hertz

I went there and my car was not available at all and my rental didn’t go through. Now I have to call kayak or Hertz for refund.Cons:

I booked my rental but when I get to the counter they didn’t accept my debit card nor my other countries credit cards because they didn’t have chip reader... I loose my time.Cons:

I prepaid for the rental in February to pickup at noon on August 26th, but the rental was not available until 2:30. The Hertz representative on site was not very helpful. I had to call Hertz directly before I finally received the service I needed. All this was happening while my wife and 4 kids were at the airport waiting, and hungry for lunch.4.4 Mediocre

The car gas tank was 5/8 full upon pickup, but the card said it had a full tank because we were registered for a car with a full tank and given the key for a car with 5/8 tank. Because the documentation was not corrected at time of pickup we were charged $50 extra for gas at drop off.8.4 Very good
