Cons: The first car we were given was dirty - animal hair in the vehicle and the gear shift appeared to be chewed up. The second car we got was below average.
Excellent Customer Service
Pros: Zach was wonderful in taking care of us. Unfortunate that 4 of his workers were picking up or dropping of people, but because we had to wait, he made sure we got an upgrade at no extra cost. So grateful for the larger vehicle.
Cons: It was a bit disconcerting to realize the insurance I bought was third party, and we had to do the vehicle inspection for no insurance. Fortunately there were no incidents requiring the use of the insurance.

Pros: Drop off was close to home
Cons: The inability of the agent to solve the problem with the difference in price. Should of just honored what was originally quoted and be done with it. There solution was to send a message to Palm springs location to call me. Still haven't received a call.
Pros: Outside key box for after-hours drop-off
Cons: They did not have the truck that I had reserved. Luckily, my equipment was able to fit in a van, which they did provide as an alternative.
