Cons: Not one to complain but this was one of the worst flights we have been on in a long time. Stewardesses ignored us, drinks and refreshment trolley whizzed by, no way to stop them! Four and a half hours in the air and not a drop to drink. We are below average in size but it was impossible to get comfortable. In flight entertainment was zero. Couldn't wait to get off. In reflecting on the reputation that Thomas Cook had for quality vacations, this flight fell well short.
