Pickup truck

Terrible experience, after walking to the enterprise dealership I was told there was absolutely no vehicles that were available to rent that were large. No pickup trucks and no large SUVs. Receptions called around and could not find anything nearby with inventory. Kayak was completely inaccurate when it came to available inventory. Extremely disappointed. Will never use this service again and will make a prompt effort to ensure that others never use kayak or enterprise can rental again.

Minivan

They did not have the mini van that I reserved so I ended up with a larger SUV. The problem with that is I had a person with orthopedic issues and it was difficult for them to climb in and out of that thing. These days rental car companies do not have an adequate fleet and they kind of stick you in whatever they've got. Rather than give me a discount for not having what I reserved, they tried to upsell me on an even bigger version of what I didn't want.

Pros:

Staff was helpful. Vehicle I was ultimately provided was a full size car and I paid for a standard SUV. Their offer was take that, or trade it out of at OHare Airport (hour away) or take nothing. I would like to be contacted regarding a correction to my costs based upon what was provided.
