The lady who helped was very nice. The car type I rented was not available and ready upon arrival, but she was able to provide a comp upgrade for the inconvenience.Cons:
Pretty long want times to actually get the car, but the agent was by herself do all she could and keeping me up to date, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt.10.0 Wonderful

1) Give us the car that was promised 2) Don’t make us drive around to a different airport to pick up a totally different car. 3) Don’t make us wait for long (more than an hour) after promised time. We have young children, a senior in a wheelchair and we were tired from travelling.Alamo

Easy airport access, fast check out with prepaid rental agreement. Fast check in when car was returned, both people were friendly and helpful.Cons:
Didn't know about all the toll roads in Orange County, wasn't sure how to pay them without toll booths anywhere- had to call Alamo and ask about them as we had already followed our GPS on the phones and used them multiple times that first day- would have preferred to know about them before hand.8.8 Very good
