When a line formed at pickup, another agent jumped in and took care of me. Gave me a choice of vehicles, both of which were newer, in very good shape. Almost no wait. Super easy drop off too.

I didn't like that they didn't have the car I rented or any electric. The trip cost me $50 more because I would have been able to charge the electric very inexpensively at my house. I had to have a gas car. It was nice of them giving me a slightly better car but I didn't like that it didn't have windows I could put down if I wanted.

They did not have a car available in the class I selected. They charged me the upgrade difference for something that I did not have because they did not have cars. She blamed on me arriving early, but I was only 45 minutes early because our flight arrived early.

You rented me a truck they did not have. I needed a truck bed to move a couch. I has to scramble and waste time to get a replacement. I spent more time and money, all because I relied on your reservation. Had I not, I could have easily gotten another truck.

Never had a chance to pick up rental. Upon arrival at the Avis desk I was told the reservation could not be honored. No call, no text and after an $80 UBER to reach the airport for the sole purpose of picking up the car. Needed to do a walk up rental with another company and paid dearly. To make matters worse, the Avis agent told me she couldn’t help with a refund. When I contacted Kayak as the agent instructed, I was referred back to Avis. So now that transaction is in limbo and I’m disappointed and annoyed.
