Pros:

Staff was efficient & process was smooth

Cons:

The outside of the truck was filthy. The windshield front & back had dead bugs caked on to it. We drove this to another state & it was very difficult to see until we stopped at a gas stop to literally scrub the junk off. When I picked it up I didn’t think it was anything was wrong because it was raining on & off so I thought it was pollen & would come off. The wipers were very insufficient & shows maintenance isn’t a normal routine. When I was packing the truck there was a bottle cap & hair tie in the back areas so cleaning isn’t a priority either. They seem to just shine and go.
