Worst customer service experience I've ever had
Pros: The car was clean and ran nicely. Jessica (and I believe Angela) were very sweet, friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating- excellent on their part! Other than that, the entire process was horrible (including and especially our referal to enterprise and their ridiculously uninformed,smug, and either ignorant or deceitful employees and managers).
Cons: Not enough room to even begin. I will go out of my way to never rent from national or enterprise again. While the car was clean, it was the same spaciousness (if not LESS spacious) than a standard car).
