Pros: Helped in making needed reservation change.
Cons: Too expensive for such a tiny car & confusing reservation via phone

High pressure to by additional coverage
Pros: The locatation.
Cons: I got the third degree - pressure sales push to get me to buy the additional coverage including that if the car was in an accident I'd be charged $100 per day for Hertz's loss of use. Since I was only paying $30 per day the, this struck me as fraudulent and abusive.

Didn't have the model i reserved was forced to pay
Cons: I reserved a budget car but on pickup they didn't have the model promised. I was forced to take a higher model but then Hertz refused to honor that model at the agreed price. So I ended up paying more than the agreed price. I was told to call Hertz's 800 number which i did and spoke to a horrible customer service rep who refused to escalate my complaint and then abruptly hung up on me. Perhaps the very worst car rental company in operation today. Will never rent from them again.

Definitely pleased with service!
Pros: Had a very easy experience picking up car. We needed a child car seat and while we had to install it ourselves it was ready to go with no issues. When we went to return the car at the airport it was pouring rain and the gentleman receiving the car saw we had a young child with us said, "don't worry about getting your things out, we will drive you to the gate." That small gesture was such a help to us! Thank you!
