Cons:They said they don't even stock the car (or even the brand of car) I booked, so they gave me a different one, which other companies were offering for less money. I told them this was a bait and switch and asked if they could give a discount, since I would have gone with their competitors at the lower rate. They required me to prove that the car I booked was what I claimed, since they apparently don't have any record on their side of the car. After I proved the booking and requested a manager, they provided discount, which is fair, but this experience shouldn't happen.Reviewed Mar 22 2020

Pros:The staff were all great. The airport is small, so it was very easy to locate. I loved not needed a shuttle to get to the car!Cons:The check in process was a tad slow. I was behind one person and was very glad there wasn’t a big line to contend with.Reviewed May 27 2019
