Chris at Enterprise, Beacon was my pick-up and drop-off connection. Chris has such a positive personality and knowledgeable about his business. He was quick with the transitions, got me in and out. Chris is DEFINITELY an asset to your store.Cons:
The backseat area could have been cleaner, the backs of the front seats were dirty, looked like children had there feet all over them, aside from that it was perfect.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Our friends turned us on to renting from Beacon Enterprise and it's hands down the best way to get out of the city, so long you can pack light. The Metro North is an easy ride, Enterprise will pick you up at the station, and you get to joyously bypass alllllll the traffic in the city and get on your way. It's also very affordable and far, FAR friendlier than any other location near the city.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I didn't realize the insurance I purchased on-line wasn't directly through AVIS so they pressured me into buying their insurance. They didn't clearly explain their "E-Toll" feature and they also charged me to refuel the vehicle even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
Hotwire is listing Alamo at SWF for car rentals. I booked on hotwire one month in advance for a 1-way rental from NY to Fla. I get to SWF to find out they are only open when they have a reservation from an arriving flight. UGH! There is no one there and when you call Alamo 800 #, they say, oh yes, sure they are open, have airport security page them as they must be just away from the desk momentarily. Clueless. I call the number listed on the notice pasted at the desk. They tell me to get to the Enterprise location 5 miles away, they will honor the reservation. I wait 30mins and pay $12 for a cab to Enterprise at 63 Route 17K in Newburgh, only to be told they will honor the reservation, but not the price. Two very unfriendly, very unhelpful men could not have cared less about my predicament. UGH!! I call Alamo 800# again and they are sorry but since covid has effectively closed the airport, they are not offering what they call local rentals to anyone not arriving via plane. When I tell her hotwire/priceline/kayak are still offering rentals at SWF, she says she is sorry, but cannot control what they do. I learned my lesson NEVER RENT from ALAMO or ENTERPRISE.Cons:

The proper information on your website would be nice. The location i was allowed to book at online did not even have anyone working the location .drove all the way to the pick up location to and empty service desk. called to find out that they do not service customers who are not fly ins , which should have been disclosed because I then had to find another service that cost me over $300 dollars more for my needs and an additional $200 charge deposit on top of it.I could have been stranded .do better.2.0 Poor

I wa not able to pick up the car! Drove to the airport to get the car and there was so no one there! There was a small sign that redirected me to an enterprise in town. When I got there they tried adding $300 to my fee. Left without my car. Never using Alamo or enterprise again.National
