They stole my money, never answered my calls, never came to pick me up and I am suing Kayak and the rental company, because I had to spend more than $1300 USD to arrive to another rentant car company at the last minute

Awful experience. Instead of having customer service reps they have booths where you talk to someone virtually and it glitches constantly and takes over an hour to check out, even with a reservation. It was listed as $100 cheaper than the competition, but by the time we left they had managed to add over $200. When you drop-off there's not really anyone to talk to and there's no office and you have to wait in the hot sun for a shuttle. The signage is poor and everyone is unclear about what they are supposed to do. Every customer I saw was angry and frustrated and talking about his they will never do this again. It's worth it to pay more to get your car directly at the airport because they will waste huge amounts of your time and energy.

The Rental car company is not located at the Airport and your website said it was. I had to ride a bus off site

The car had low tire pressure and the tire was damaged and would not inflate. The console did not work, it flickered and we could not see the back up camera. The car had dozens and dozens of chipped paint marks on the hood and small dents all around.

This car rental is terrible. They make you wait to have you picked ip and no one was available to leave them the car. Had to leave it in a garage without receipt and they didn’t answer the phone for 2 days.

Terrible and never renting from NEXTCAR again!!! They never gave me the car I reserved. The rude lady said I was "banned" but didn't tell me why. If I was really banned, why did my reservation go through??? I was forced to go to a different company and pay walk-up prices. I'm very angry and I'm not going to risk this again...therefore, I'm avoiding this awful company. I'm advising friends and acquaintances to stay away!
