The car didn't have blue tooth and if I hadn't had a speaker with me, I would not have been able to play anything on my phone. Hum10.0 Wonderful

Car condition at pickup could have been handled better. Passenger side had been sideswiped from front to back when I picked it up. This was not conveyed completely and correctly. Person at pick-up didn’t seem to have the documented condition in the record. Also gas cap was very broken when I picked it up.Hertz

It was not a good experience.Cons:
A more helpful and pleasant assistance. Did not try hard for our business. Went a second time during business hours to try again and was advised no one was there for car rental. Was able to rent cheaper and excellent service with a different company.Budget

I reserved the convertible mustang one way to Miami from Port Charlotte. When I arrived, they said "we do not have that type of car." They put me in a jeep compass. I got 10 miles down the road and the tire pressure indicator light came on. I stopped - flat tire. I called the rental office and they said "call road side assistance on the key chain - they will either come out with a new tire or new vehicle" I called. They said it could be a couple hours. They also said they would not deliver a new tire and that a new vehicle would take 4-6 hours. I had an appointment. I changed the tire to the doughnut (note: the new Jeep compass does not have pedal or lever activated emergency brakes - its an obscure button and "park" is not sufficient to keep the SUV from rolling!) - I gave them the address that I would be at for my appointment, they said they could not be there in my time frame. I called the local office back and they told me to call national. I called national office and they said to call local. Local finally agreed that when I brought the vehicle back I would get a replacement. I had been on my way to Miami and had to back track 30 minutes to do so. Overall loss of time was about 2.5 hours due to poor maintenance and poor customer support.
